Spyware netrat

Bonjour,

Je vous remercie par avance de votre aide.
J'ai un gros problème apparemment je pense en + que je dois avoir trop de logiciels qui doivent s interposer entre eux

Apres plusieurs jours de lenteur de pc et un message qui revenait sans cesse memoire virtuelle insuffisante
j'ai scanné mon pc avec avast qui lui ne m indique rien du moins aucun virus
j'ai continué avec spybot search and destroy qui lui aussi me repond qu il n y a rien
En analysant ensuite avec spyware doctor qui lui m'a repondu 95 infections que j'ai toute supprimé
Je lance adware qui lui me repond juste apres avoir tout supprimé avec spyware doctor 218 infections que je supprime aussi mais je tombe de haut pensant que mon probleme etait resolu
Cette nuit je relance avast qui me repond qu'ilm n'y a aucun virus
Aujourd hui Norton security scan qui me repond 1 virus trouvé spyware netrat non supprimable par l analyseur car j'ai la version telechargé de google toolbar
Alors je voudrais vous demander comment supprimer ce spyware netrat???qui n'est pas reconnu par les autres analyseurs
et aussi faut il que je supprime certains logiciels qui s'interferent entre eux
Autre chose j'ai un message de spybot qui me demande si je dois autoriser la modif ou refuser la modif a chaque fois que je fais quelque chose or j'en sais rien
Merci s'il vous plait de m'aider car je n'y comprend rien je ne suis pas doué

pour le reste poste un rapport hijack this et tu auras bien des pros du net qui te sortiront de l'impasse !

je sais pas pourquoi est ce qu'il faut mettre plus j'y comprend rien et c'est quoi hijaktis?

ouvre une nouvelle discution !
en postant ce rapport avec copier coller comme ça on pourra te venir en aide , car moi je ne sais pas te dépanner
