Hello,
well, I already finished the game, I got the credits but I only found 8 plates so I would like to know where they are located and what they are for

Marius's bed is in the saloon. You go up the stairs to where you dance, there's a door on the left, you go there. Then, you go into the room on the left and that's where it is.
Thanks for the plates, I've finished everything and I've only found 2 :/

To find the 24 plates, you need to find them in the 24 places in the hotel and elsewhere, for example: the desert, your room, the guests' rooms. You just have to find out the times and the days when they are there.

There’s one on the porch and one at the music thing, and you can sell them to the prison guard to make some money :)
