My girlfriend just unsubscribed from Belgacom and moved in with me where I have an internet connection from Voo. As of today, she can no longer connect to her email account (...@skynet.be).
How can I recreate a free skynet address for her?
As for me, I created a free swing.be address back in the day. This address is still functional today.
Thank you,
Mike

Hello,
I recommend never using an ISP email address as your main address.
Use a Gmail address (recommended), Yahoo, or at worst Hotmail (yuck).
Swing is different; the subscription is free. Even though it’s officially dead, the service is still there.
I worked in BGC support, and I can tell you it was common for people with a blocked Skynet address:
Contract cancellation, boyfriend/girlfriend leaving and taking the subscription, changing ISPs, etc.
A neutral email address is therefore strongly advised!
