Trojan virantix.B récalcitrant ! Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

Je suis sous windows XP familial (version non piratée) service pack 2.
Mon logiciel antivirus avast me signale un trojan virantix.b. (qui serait dans le fichier c:\windows\system32\univrs.32.dat, fichier que je ne trouve pas d'ailleurs) et peut être aussi un hacktool.Rootkit.selon un historique plus ancien.

Après avoir effectué toutes les manip recommandées dans les forum (démarrage en mode sans échec, désactivation de la restauration automatique, nettoyage avec Ccleaner) j'ai scanné tout mon ordinateur avec ad-aware, spyboot et j'ai fini par un scan minutieux d'avast. Rien n'a été détecté.

j'ai lancé hijackthis et copié le rapport ci-joint (plus bas).

En redémarrant l'ordi en mode normal Avast m'indique à nouveau la présence de ce trojan et me propose de le mettre en quarantaine. cependant malgré cette opération et un nouveau démarrage il réapparaît.

Que faire ? ai-je fait une erreur en redemarrant en mode normal ?

Salut 

Le scan Hijackthis toujours en mode normal.

Fait ceci :

/!\ Outils très puissant , ne pas reproduire la manip ci-dessous sur son pc sans y avoir été autorisé par une personne compétente /!\


Désactive ta restauration système
Clic sur « Démarrer »
Clic droit sur « Poste de travail », puis sur « Propriétés »,
Vas sur l’onglet « Restauration système »
Tu y coches la case « Désactiver la restauration »
Termine par [Appliquer] [OK] 


Télécharge ComboFix ici &#8594; http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe  

Et enregistre le sur le bureau >>> /!\ IMPORTANT /!\

 AVANT d'utiliser ComboFix :
&#8594; Déconnecte ton PC d'Internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.   /!\
&#8594; Désactive provisoirement (et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix), la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares et de TOUT tes logiciels de protection !!!, (activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil). /!\

Sur ton bureau double clic sur Combofix.exe.
Appuies sur la touche 1, pour que le programme commence à s'exécuter et suis les instructions à l'écran.

/!\ PENDANT TOUTE la durée (ça peut être assez long si le pc est très infecté) du scan de ComboFix, n'ouvres aucun programme, ne touche pas à ta souris et ne surfe pas sur le net /!\

Soit patient (même si tu penses que le PC est arrêté) ; les temps « d'arrêt apparent » sont parfois de plusieurs minutes (il y a ± 40 étapes d’analyse).

En cours de nettoyage il est possible, que tu reçoives un avertissement te disant que le pc va redémarrer, laisse le faire.

Après le redemarrage du pc, un rapport s'ouvrira dans le Bloc notes en fin d'analyse, copie et colle tout son contenu dans ton prochain message.

(Le fichier rapport Combofix.txt , est ensuite automatiquement sauvegardé dans C:\Combofix.txt)

Ensuite réactive ta restauration système
Clic droit sur « Poste de travail », puis sur « Propriétés »,
Vas sur l’onglet « Restauration système »
Tu décoches la case « Désactiver la restauration »
Termine par [Appliquer] [OK]

Bonsoir Cyril De retour du badminton, je me suis remis devant ma machine et ai executé toutes les opérations que tu m'as indiquées. Jai ensuite redémarré l'ordi et plus d'alerte, il semble que ce coup ci il soit erradiqué ! Merci Je te mets les deux logs, celle de Combofix en premier puis celle de hijackthis. Copie ce texte ( en gras )d'une traite ( CTRL+C pour copier ) puis colle-le ( CTRL+V dans le bloc-note )

Sauvegarde ce fichier sur ton bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt.



Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

C'est utile , car ça va supprimer des clés de registres infectés et un fichier espion de Realtek.


Et si je regarde ton rapport , cela n'a pas été fait.

Précise si tu as eu des soucis , ect...

- Désactiver le TeaTimer de Spybot S&D :
Lance Spybot S&D:
=> Dans le menu, clic sur "Mode" > Choisis le Mode avançé
=> Dans la colonne de gauche clic sur la rubrique [Outils] > Résident
=> Décoche la case devant Résident "TeaTimer"
=> Décoche la case devant Résident "SDHelper"
Avant de se désactiver, une fenêtre du TeaTimer va apparaitre et te demander d'accepter ou de refuser les modifications dans le registre, il faut donc accepter les modifications.
=> Referme Spybot

1)Télécharge  OTMoveIt2 ( de Old Timer ) 

2)Une fois téléchargé  double-clique sur OTMoveIt2.exe pour le lancer.

Assure toi que la case Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit bien cochée

3)puis copie les lignes en gras qui se trouvent en dessous :

C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE


et colle-les dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :   "Paste Standard List Of Files/Folders to Move."
clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre Results.
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
4) Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.


(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner  , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

5) Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression -> Accepte ( si il ne fait pas automatiquement , fait-le toi même )

/!\ Note : Au démarrage ton bureau RISQUE de ne plus apparaître , dans ce cas fait --> CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau.

Décidemment les choses sont bizarres.

J'ai cette fois-ci suivi scrupuleusement ce que tu m'as indiqué (sans erreur de manip'), 
J'ai installé et lancé OTMoveIt avec la ligne de commande à effacer comme tu me l'as indiqué, je te joins le rapport qui me semble contradictoire (fichier déplacé mais non trouvé !?)

j'ai bien redémarré (alors qu'il ne me le demandait pas), au redémarrage le bureau est apparu normalement sans intervention de ma part.

j'ai bien créé le fichier txt avec les lignes copiées (yc la ligne vide) et je l'ai bien enregistré en fix.reg le résultat (apparence de l'icône) est conforme à ce que tu m'as envoyé.
J'ai bien redémarré en mode sans échec mais là impossible de trouver ce fichier reg. Il n'apparaît pas sur mon bureau, mon ordi ne le trouve pas si je fais une recherche sur le nom. J'ai tenté plusieurs fois la même manip' en essayant même de transformer le fichier txt en fichier reg après l'ouverture en mode sans échec mais ce fichier n'est toujours pas visible sur mon bureau alors que d'autres fichiers (.log notamment) et applications (icônes de jeu) sont visibles !
bizarre non ?

Donc en définitive je n'ai pas pu lancer fix.reg 

J'espère que tu ne commences pas à te lasser de mon feuilleton à rallonge...

Pour le fix.reg pas grave on va faire autrement.

Dans OtmoveIt copie/colle ces lignes :

l'opération otmoveIt se fait en mode normal ou sans échec ?

je comprend ton agacement, même moi ça commence à me prendre la tête.

En tous cas merci pour ton aide malgré cela et ta persévérance.

Donc si je comprends la manip' (je finis par comprendre quels sont les fichiers qui clochent) tu veux virer ou déplacer alcx monitor.exe et braviax.exe qui seraient donc des éléments de trojan, c'est ça ?

Je vais refaire la manip fix.reg en mode normal (j'ai rien à perdre), je désactive la restauration système pour éviter que le trojan se régénère ?.

Je me demandais si en demandant à Hijackthis de supprimer les fichiers incriminés (à partir de son rapport il y a des cases à cocher pour qu'il les vire) ça ne le ferait pas aussi ? dans ce cas j'attendrai bien sûr que tu me dises exactement quels sont les fichiers à cocher.

Je voudrais supprimer en fait les valeurs de clés de registre infectés.

Les fixer dans Hijackthis ne résoudrait pas le problème , il empêcherais juste leurs démarrage ...

Mais ce n'est pas fiable , car elles sont toujours présentes dans le pc.

Un petit coup de fix.reg et cette fois je crois que ça y est !

J'ai donc fait fix.reg en mode normal, il m'a posé la question fatidique à laquelle j'ai répondu ok, puis il m'a indiqué 

"les informations ....ont été inscrites dans le registre"

j'ai redémarré l'ordi en ayant pris soin tout au début de la manip' de désactiver la restauration système.

J'ai lancé hijackthis (log ci dessous) et là les lignes mentionnant Braviax et Alcx monitor ont disparu (constates toi même)

&#8594; Télécharge clean : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

&#8594; Dézippe-le ( clique droit , extraire tout) 

&#8594; Lance clean.cmd ( ou clean ), Choisi l'option 1 et poste moi le rapport.

(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

Note : Tu auras peut-être un message qui t'invitera a uploader un fichier , fait-le dès que tu pourras.

En effet les version 6 et antérieures , sont bourrées de failles de sécurité , le version 7 les corrigent en partie.

_Maintenant , nous allons supprimer les logiciels de désinfection que je t'ai fait téléchargé.
En effet , s'en servir est dangereux pour le pc si l'on ne s'y connais pas.
De plus ils sont mis régulièrement à jours.


&#8594; Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

&#8594; Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe >
&#8594; Clique sur .Recherche
&#8594; puis sur Suppression quand la liste est trouvée.
&#8594; Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\). 


(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner  , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
 
Note : ton bureau RISQUE de disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

Maintenant que ton PC n'est plus infecté, désactive ta "Restauration du système" puis réactive la, ce qui créer un point de restauration sain...

Désactivation :
Clique droit sur le "Poste de travail" > Propriétés > onglet "Restauration du système" > coche la case "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs"
> Applique patiente jusqu’à ce que cela soit marqué "désactivé" puis Ok.

Activation :
Suivre le même chemin ; décoche la case "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs"
> Applique attends que cela soit à nouveau sur "surveillance" puis Ok. Redémarre l'ordinateur.
