Missing reference in Access

Hello,

I am working on a program in Access 2003. I am doing this on both a desktop computer at my workplace and on my laptop. I started developing the program on the desktop, but now that I want to work on my laptop, I receive the following error when I try to open it:

The expression On Load entered as a parameter of the event type property is causing an error. A problem occurred during communication between Microsoft Office Access and the OLE server or the ActiveX control. *The result of the expression is not the name of a macro, the name of a user-defined function, or [Event Procedure]. *An error may have occurred while evaluating a function, event, or macro.

When I check the help, it tells me to uncheck the missing references in Options->References, but none of my references are marked as missing.

I have reinstalled Access, but it hasn't helped.
I also want to specify that I am using the same version on both machines (11.5614.5606).

Do you have any idea what might be causing the problem, or even a solution?

Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.11

Better late than never, but for those who have the same problem, I am providing a solution that allows you to work around the issue. You just need to convert the database to an earlier version (Tools -> Database Utilities) and then convert it back to the version you want to use.

This is a problem that seems common when opening a database from one version of Access in a language different from the language of the version in which the database was written.
