Omment scanner tout mes fichiers avec antivir

Bonjour,

J'ai aviva antivir et à chaque fois que je scanne mes fichiers, il y a deux fichiers qui ne s'ouvrent pas.
Je voudrais s'avoir que puis je faire dans cette situation, il y a peut être des virus caché.
voici le résultat du scan. Je n'ai pas copié la partie des fichiers scannés.
