lots of red dots are appearing on my screen, replacing all the black pixels....
I've noticed that it happens when my PC overheats...

I have the same problem as Antagonus and I managed to partially solve it. Let me explain the context: I have a laptop and depending on the angle of the screen, it displays a multitude of red dots or not. Here's how I limited the damage; I can't guarantee it will work, but I hope you have some luck. On the desktop, I right-clicked and went to graphics properties (advanced mode), then in display, I chose color enhancement. From there, I played around with the sliders, and after a while, the dots disappeared. I then restored the default settings, and the screen was normal. However, when I tilt my screen to the maximum, the dots come back, but it's enough for me to bring it back to its normal position and everything is fine. At worst, different settings might help reduce the dots. After that, I don't understand why this is happening, but if it can help someone...

It's normal, I bought myself a 27" Samsung 3D monitor, if I display a resolution higher than 1440 x 900 while playing video games like I do, you will see red dots appear if your screen or monitor is 3D. With a resolution up to 1440 x 900, you should not have this problem. Since I have 3 graphics cards in my computer in SLI mode, I don’t think the problem is related to the graphics card; it’s a fairly common issue with everything that supports 3D.
