Problem with IVT bluesoleil

I have a problem with the IVT Bluesoleil software.
This software is already installed on my computer, but it does not launch.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

    Downloading it from the internet is simple, but the new version doesn't seem to have unanimous support!
    Or do a system reinstall, the last solution takes a few minutes to a few hours.
