Connection issue with shareaza

Hello, when I download with Shareaza I can't connect to Gnutella2 and Gnutella1, I can only connect to eDonkey. Could you help me solve this problem, thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Hi Simjul, you're lucky, I had the same problem at first. First, go to Tools, then Shareaza Settings, click on Connection, note the port on a piece of paper, then close Shareaza and exit. Now go to Start, Control Panel, and Security Center, then go to Windows Firewall, click on Exceptions, and click on Add Port. Enter the name: Shareaza and the Port Number (the one you noted on your paper). Check TCP, it should already be checked by default. Then click OK, add a port again, do the same thing except this time check UDP, and click OK, then OK again for the Windows Firewall window. That's it, you can restart Shareaza, it should work. I hope you understood everything with this detailed step-by-step explanation. I'm trying to express myself as best as I can, if there's something you don't understand, don't hesitate to ask.

      Hi guys, well I've carefully followed the timeline of your method and Gnutella 1 and 2 remains disconnected except for eMule. What do you think could be the reason for that?

      P.S.: My firewall is disabled and the incoming and outgoing addresses are set to automatic in (tools, connection).

    Hello, go to tools, configuration assistant, after that it should be fine, if not, uninstall and delete Shareaza, go to Search and type Shareaza in (all files) then go to Run, type (regedit) click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, scroll down the list to Shareaza and remove everything, then reinstall Shareaza, have a good day Phil.
