Bonjour,
Hier j'ai clliqué sur un lien sur msn disant "lol regarde y'a ta tof sur ce site", g cliké comme une nouille...
Ceci a enmené Avast à détecter 2 cheval de troie appellé :Win32:Small-JMH [Trj].
Je me suis alors inscrite sur ce forum pour avoir de l'aide car la restauration systeme et la suppression des deux virus a échoué, ce matin ils sont revenus. Alors, quelqu'un m'a aidé en me faisant installer hijackthis, Avg spyware, Combofix, Msnfix. Et m'a ensuite enmené sur un site pour un scan :PandaSecurity. CElui ci s'est arreté a 94% pour m'alerter de 2 autres virus qui étaient installer depuis 2007. Voila j'en suis ici et un peu perdue...Aidez-moi SVP.

    BONJOUR

    Télécharger sur le bureau
    http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
    = Double-clic SDFix.
    = Clic Install
    ------
    = Redémarrer en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes)
    Attention, pas d’accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistrer ou imprimer les consignes. Relancer le Pc et tapoter la touche F8 ( ou F5, 2 ou 4 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage
    Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionner Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel
    --------
    = Double-clic sur le nouveau dossier SDFix qui est dans C:\
    = Double-clic RunThis
    = Presser Y
    = A l’invitation ==> appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer
    = Redémarrage ( qui sera plus long ,car nettoyage en cours )
    Continuer si un message d’erreurs apparaît ,dans ce cas aller directement au rapport dans SDfix
    = apparition de Finished
    = Appuyer sur une touche
    = Dans SDFix , un rapport Report.

    que vous ayez utilisé MSNFIX ou SDFIX
    continuer avec ceci pour un nettoyage complet

    ==> Clic Appliquer toutes les actions <== ceci Très important
    ==> Clic Sauvegarder rapport puis Enregistrer sous et choisir bureau

    NOTE : CCleaner est à conserver et à utiliser quotidiennement

    si le mode sans échec pose problème => faire en mode normal

    redémarrer le PC et relancer MSN vous saurez ainsi si tout est supprimé

    Dis donc il y a pas mal de procédures...Es tu sur que ça ne va pas amplifier le probleme ou m'effacer mes dossier, musique...? Je suis un peu inquiéte car ce n'est pas le mien mais celui de mes parents. MERCI

    C'est bon, j'ai réussi le monde sans échec, à présent j'ai un probléme avc AVG, il se peut qu'il ne veuille demarrer de mise à jour car jen ai déja faite une aujourd'hui avec l'autre monsieur qui m'aidait mais qui m'a laissé tombé aussi vite que son ombre. arff ! ???

    Donc s j'ai bien compris, le virus à été mis en quarantaine. Quand j'ai rallumé mon PC, il ne m'a rien signaler, pas de cheval de troie ni quoi que ce soit. Mais en allant regarder dans les fichiers mis en quarantaine dans AVAST il me reste mais 4 virus. Pourrais-je les supprimer d'aprés toi ? Sais-tu s'ils infectent encore mon PC ? Merci de m'avoir aidé aujourd'hui. Et bravo pour ton courage car c'était jour férié...lol !

      donc tu vas faire ceci

      * Clique droit sur "Poste de travail" -> "Propriétés" -> onglet "Restauration du système" -> cocher "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" -> "Appliquer" -> "Oui".
      * Ensuite, décocher "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" -> "Appliquer" -> "OK".



      * Ne pas oublier de créer un nouveau point de restauration en procédant comme indiqué sur ce lien

    J'ai finalement télécharger Avira antivir personal edition classic car mon PC n'acceptait pas l'autre. Est-ce bien aussi ? ou avast est meilleur ?

    Aussi, je voulais te demander, est-ce que mon ordi cours encore un cours si les virus sont mi en quarantaine ? Comment se fait-il que je n'ai pas eu d'alarme pour me dire que j'avais des virus depuis la procédure ? sont-ils partis ? Merci de me repondre...

    Cygwin

    If the Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic runs on a system where
    the product Cygwin is installed, you might encounter problems with
    updating the Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic. In a worst case
    scenario you might not be able to update the Avira AntiVir
    PersonalEdition Classic at all. Background to this behavior is the
    fact that the cygwin process "cygrun.srv.exe" together with the
    Microsoft Client/Server runtime server subsystem ("csrss.exe) causes
    a complete load of the system once the update process of the Avira
    AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic is started. It is therefore strongly
    recommended to deinstall Cygwin before the Avira AntiVir

    Finalement c'est bon avec Antivir, comment ça "vide ta quarantaine" j'en fais qoui...?
    Cet antivir m'a détecté 1 seul virus alors qu'Avast en avait trouvé 4...

      donc tu vas faire un scan en ligne avec bitdefender

      https://www.bitdefender.fr/

      * En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur BitDefender SCAN ONLINE
      * Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur j‘accepte
      * Accepte le contrôle Active X et Installe le. Le scanner se charge
      * La fenêtre change encore, clique sur ’cliquez ici pour scanner’
      * Les signatures se chargent, etc.

      copie colle le résultat ici attention pour pouvoir l' utiliser il faut etre sur internet explorer

      et repost un hijackthis!!

    Apparement il va bien. Je n'ai aucun soucis depuis ton aide, il rame pas, il me met aucun mesage de virus ni rien...
    Comment savoir s'il sont partis ?

      tu vas sur msn et demandes a tes contacts si tu leur envoi le message il ne risque rien s' y il ne clique pas dessus
