Hi,
as pajero-brian says and defines, .ccd is from clone-cd
but if you don't have clone cd and you don't want to bother with that, you can download daemon tools, it creates a virtual drive and you can read all types of images to burn without burning them with the specific software. And since it becomes a drive, you can make a direct copy from the virtual drive to the real burner.
you can DL it here:

there you go

Hello,
I have several files that correspond to a copy of Office. There is a .ccd, a .img, a .sub, and two or three others. How should I proceed to install Office or to rebuild it from these few files created with CloneCD?
Thank you for your help.

Hello.
What does that mean?
Don't you have the necessary software? Or can't you open it because of...xxx issues?
Otherwise, it opens with:
- Industrial Design (vcad)
- Act! Database for DOS v.2.1
- File for CloneCD
See you later...che.

A game created with CloneCD takes the form of three files:
Hello,
The .ccd file concerns CloneCD
- The .img file contains all the data from the image file.
- The .sub file contains the subchannel data information.
- The .ccd file contains the structure of the image file.
A link will give you the explanations,
