pub avec skinner Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
je suis désespérée, mon fils a téléchargé skinner et depuis je suis envahie du pub, j'ai téléchargé ad aware - a squared et spy et destroy et rien n'y fait il détecte, je l'ai fait également sous ms dos en enlevant la restauration et tjrs ces maudites pub, je suis allez voir sur votre forum, mais je ne suis que novice et je n'y comprends rien en informatique et les manipulations pour supprimer ce problème semblent très ardues.
Y a t'il un moyen plus simple, quelqu'un peut il me venir en aide
j'ai windows xp comme os

Ok, suite à ton rapport hijack,
Tu n'as pas de pare-feu puissant hormis celui de windows, qui laisse tout passer !
Ta console java n'est pas à jours
TOn Ad-aware doit être installé sur le disck C et non le D
Ton anti-virus devra suremment être changé (perso je ne le connais pas du tout)

Bon.. Tu vas d'abord télécharger =>

Une pare-feu puissant, gratuit, et en français =>Kerio un clic ici..

Pour ta console java diriges toi ici pour installer la nouvelle version =>https://www.java.com/fr/
Tu as la version :Java\jre1.6.0_03, tu choisis la dernière version 1.6.0.05

Pour Ad-aware tu sais quoi faire (l'installer sur le C !).

Pour etrust (ton anti-virus, j'ai fait un recherches, tu l'as acheté ou c'est une version d'essai ?) De plus il n'est pas recommandable (selon moi)

télécharges sur ton bureau => 
Navilog1.exe :http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 
= double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer 
Quand installé 
= taper F 
= Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options 
= Choisir option 1 ( = taper 1 ) 
ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes 

un rapport : fixnavi.txt 
dans ==> C : 
le copier/coller dans la réponse

ok, laisses moi te dire que tu as fait du bon travail Catherine, bien jouè...

Nb : RElax, aucunne raison d'avoir peur, nous avons l'habitude de traiter ce genre de petit problème, donc évites la panique, c'est pas trop conseillé avec le chocolat ;)


Ok tu dois relancer Navilog, mais en mode sans echec : 

= Redémarrer en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes) 
Attention, pas d&#8217;accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistrer ou imprimer les consignes.

 Relancer le Pc et tapoter la touche F8, jusqu&#8217;à l&#8217;apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage 
Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionner Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel  et surtout pas l'administrateur
==> lance Navilog et choisis l'option 2 
Un rapport sera fait, tu feras un copier/coller sur ta réponse...

Attention là je fais me fâcher ! Il n'est pas conseillé du tout pendant une désinfection de faire autre choses !
Msn jeux, tièrcé en ligne etc etc... Tout les trucs à risques !
Vous risquez de réinfecter une machine qui n'a pas fini sa désinfection

je t'avais demande concernant steam ?Ok j'ai besoin d'infos concernant ce logiciel => D:\Steam\Steam.exe <= Cela te dit quelque chose 


Il ne doit pas etre installé sur le D mais sur le disque c

Réponse plus tard =>mais pour steam se n'est pas grave je pense qu'il faut simplement le retélécharger

Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau: 
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 

Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et place les fichiers dans C:\MSNFix (très important). 

Double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat. 
- Exécutez l'option R. 
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage 

Note : 
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal 

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

A transmettre + hijack tout neuf.
