j'ai moi aussi ce probleme depuis qques semaines, apres avoir lu d'autres post sur le forum et tenté qques reparations rien n'y fait.
j'ai scanner avec ad-aware, avast, antivir et enfin spybot.
ce dernier m'a trouvé mailskinner rtk et messengerskinner rtk alors que je ne les aient jamais telechargés.
je suis arrivé a les eliminer mais le probleme continu.
j'ai fait des scan msnfix (tres long) et hijackthis je mets ici hijackthis esperant que vous pourrez m'aider.

Télécharger et Install Navilog1 sur le bureau :

= double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer
Quand installé
= taper F
= Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options
= Choisir option 1 ( = taper 1 )
ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes
un rapport : fixnavi.txt
dans ==> C :
le copier/coller dans la réponse

Ok impeccable, une fois que tu auras posté le log hijackthis, tu peux enchainer avec la suite :
Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour démarrer en mode sans échec :
1/ -Démarrez Windows, ou s’il s’exécute, fermez Windows puis éteignez l'ordinateur.
2/ -Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
3/ -Au début du chargement du BIOS (mais pas trop tôt), commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8
de votre clavier plusieurs fois de suite. Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options
avancées de Windows apparaissent.
4/ -En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez "Mode sans échec" dans le menu
puis appuyez sur Entrée.
Une fois dans windows :
Lance navilog1 :
- Choisi l'option 2
Navilog travail... patient jusqu'à ce qui soit marqué < Nettoyage Termine le ..... >
Un rapport va être générer. Poste le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Note: le bureau disparaît.

Refait un nouveau log aprés.

Tu utilise 2 Antivirus : Avast et Antivir, il est conseillé d'en utiliser qu'un seul, pour risque de conflit !
Donc tu as le choix, soit tu désinstalle Antivir par Desinstaller/Modifier un programme

* Options des dossiers

Ensuite un peu plus bas, décocher les case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du systeème d'exploitation"

Puis poste le rapport du fichier.

j'ai fait le nettoyage navilog j'ai copier le rapport mais apres retour a config normale je ne peux pas le coller, dois-je recommencer ?
en plus j'ai antivir qui s'affole et me met des fenetres disant que "virus ou unwanted program was found" dans C:/users/laurent/desktop/navilog1.exe

Oui je vois, ignore les Navilog est un faux positif, il n'est pas néfaste.
S'il faut, le temps des opérations, désactive ton antivirus.

je n'ai pas la toolbar yahoo.
je vais essayer de refaire un nettoyage navilog, mais dois-je l'enregistrer "en mode sans echec" pour le retrouver ensuite en mode normal ?
pour la suite ça me parait assez compliqué, mes competences en informatique sont plutot limité, je pensai au vu des sujet lu, le travail plus simple...
j'essaye demain

Ok alors on va y aller tranquilement, c'est vrai que j'ai tout ballancé d'un coup comme ça.
Donc on va le faire petit à petit, pour Navilog, il faut que tu soit en mode sans echec, et c'est à la fin du scan qu'il ouvre automatiquement un rapport (dans le bloc note) A ce moment la, tu fait fichier/enregistrer.
Tu redémarre en mode normal tu réouvre le fichier que tu as enregistré tu fait ensuite : Edition/Selectionner tout
Edition/Copier puis tu retourne dans le forum et dans une réponse tu fait un clic droit dans la réponse puis : Coller.
Voilà j'espère avoir étais un peu plus clair.
