Hello everyone, I would like some information about money transfers. So, I have an account with La Banque Postale and I would like to transfer money from my account to another checking account via the website, how should I do it? Thank you.

Hi
it is possible to make transfers from a deposit account (CCP) at La Banque Postale to your own accounts (CCP or savings) or to third-party accounts where you are not the account holder, held in any French banking establishments (CCP and other banks). To do this, you need to make a written request or use the form available on the La Banque Postale website > individuals > online banking
Here is the link to this account addition form: http://www.particuliers.labanquepostale.fr/...
Regarding international transfers, the same applies: it is possible but more restrictive. The beneficiary must have an account in a postal establishment on the list of countries that have been communicated. Again, you need to provide the banking details of the accounts to be added by written correspondence to the financial center managing your CCP.
At the end of July, beginning of August 2008, the online banking service of La Banque Postale will evolve and allow SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfers. The SEPA area consists of the European Economic Area: 27 member states of the European Union, and the 3 member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA): Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland, also a member of EFTA.
The problem you are apparently encountering is that you have access to the internet account consultation service but the management service is not active, and thus, virtually for the service, you have no account that can be debited or credited! Therefore, sending the form with your signature will correct this and enable the French and foreign bank accounts you wish to credit!
All transfers made on the internet, whether to a CCP or to a bank account, are free of charge. For more information on international transfers, you can call your financial center and ask for the "international transfers" service; there you will find people who can assist you.
The only restriction regarding transfers is more regulatory than due to La Banque Postale: it is not allowed to make transfers from a savings account (Livret A, Livret Épargne Populaire, Livret Développement Durable,...) to a third-party account, but only to your CCP (thus not allowed to a bank account), which may explain why certain accounts do not appear as debitable during certain transactions.

Thank you for these valuable tips. The one I'm interested in is the bank-to-bank one. I have filled out the form but I don't know where to return it: to my usual post office, to my check center, to the head office in Paris...? Thanks in advance, see you later.
From the start, I was able to make internal transfers or to accounts held elsewhere than at La Banque Postale, and it works really well!
You just need to read the information related to this process; it's very well explained on the site. There's indeed a form to download, complete with the references of the other accounts, and send everything, as always mentioned, to your financial center!! A few days later, you see those accounts appear in your list of possible transfer beneficiaries; it's as simple as that!!
Uh, there might be several La Banque Postale websites, right? Uhdr
The Certicode service allows you to add or modify, directly online, the details of an account in your list of beneficiaries, thus avoiding the need to send a signed letter to your Financial Center. This way, you can quickly make transfers to a new account, whether held at La Banque Postale or another bank.
Did, there is no paper to send to the financial center otherwise it's like before.
