Pub ..../ Virus ( Besoin d'aide SVP)

Bonjour,
j'ai un probleme.
J'ai télécharger Spybot et j'ai faist du nettoyage et je comprends pas , j'ai toujours plein de pub qui ce change en pub de virus(ex: vous etes le 999 999 e visiteurs CLIQUEZ ICI , Vous avez des virus CLIQUEZ ICI ... meme des pub x ) et un message s'affiche de microsoft C++ Visual... A BUFFER HAS BEEN DETECTED ( c'est le message avant que les pub se transforment )
