a mon tour je suis infecté par ce satané virus!!!suite a un mess sur msn.J'ai téléchargé hijackthis et voici le rapport:

ensuite

télécharge et installe msnfix

http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 

Décompresse-le et double clic sur le fichier MSNFix.bat. 
- Appuis sur F pour choisir la langue puis ENTRE. 
- Exécute l'option R. 
--Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N 
- Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais un copier/coller de ce rapport sur le forum. 

Note : 
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal 
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement. 


Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau. 
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : 
• Redémarre ton ordinateur 
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). 
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. 
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée". 
• Choisis ton compte. 
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous : 
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.cmd pour lancer le scrïpt. 
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

Ensuite:
Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau. 

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

-> Double clique combofix.exe. 
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message

• Enfin, copie/colle un nouveau log Hijackthis !

salut marie, 
j'ai suivi les manip conseillées par cht, et apriori, combofix a été utilisé en dernier recours mais là je suis bloqué avec tjs mon virus win 32 présent!!
ça commence à faire quelques heures que je tente de résoudre ce probleme et le doute s'installe!!

Relance un log hijackthis -- stp

C -  Ccleaner :
 (nettoyeur de registre, cookies+temps+tempos+prefetch+historique+etc.) 
* Télécharge CCleaner. 
(attention à l'installation penser à DECOCHER l'installation de Yahoo toolbar discrètement proposé en plus de CCleaner).

Installe le dans un répertoire dédié. 
Décoche pendant l'installation 
--- les deux cases "Ajouter l'option ... " 
--- Contrôler les mises à jour

j'ai effectuer ccleaner comme indiquer sur le tuto, mais ensuite je n'arrive pas a ouvrir avg antispyware, il me dit qd j'essai de l'ouvrir:

j'ai suprimer tout ce q avg a detecté même un fichier qu'il voulait mettre en quarantaine au depart(le premier)

j'attend tjs de l'aide car apparemment aucune des manip effectuées jusque là ne parvient à supprimer ce satané virus ou cheval de troie:win 32 small jmh.
J'ai relancé avast pour un scan, il n'a pas encore fini mais il m'a dejà confirmer que le virus est tjs présent!!!!!!!!!!!!
que faire de plus, je désespère!!

Tu vides un peu le "coffre" d'avast ??


E - Scan online avec BitDefender
Fais ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2 (en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clic dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus. 
Une fois qu'il a terminé colle le rapport ici stp

bon je suis déçu de ne pas avoir pu etablir une comunication today,
Je suis en train de relire les topiks que j'ai en cours.
J'ai une VIE aussi à côté et des enfants.

j'ai encore un doute sur la disparition totale de ce virus!!!!

Mis à part que tu n'aies pas de pare feu ton log est clean et bitdefender aussi
