Improve the quality of a 3gp video

Hello,

the 3gp videos recorded from my Sony Ericsson v800 and transferred to my PC are of very poor quality.
the sound is fine but the image is blurry...
is there a preferably free software to improve the image quality of 3gp videos?

No, it is not possible to improve the quality. It's like trying to convert a regular film to HD, or an mp3 to a normal WAVE format; it's not possible. The information you have at the beginning, whether it's an image or sound, can only be "degraded."
