Une infection sur un PC Windows Vista avec Internet Explorer 7 est décrite, avec un log HijackThis long et des signatures de redirections et de services potentiellement malveillants. Plusieurs intervenants proposent des outils et procédures, notamment l'exécution répétée d'outils de nettoyage comme Combofix, un rapport HijackThis et des analyses avec Malwarebytes, Rav Antivirus et Avast. Des instructions évolutives suggèrent de tester les périphériques USB sans les ouvrir, de lancer des scans réseau et de relancer des scripts CFScript avec précautions, puis de transmettre les rapports après redémarrage. Des difficultés de mise à jour et de détection par les antivirus sont évoquées, avec l'importance d'examiner les éléments au démarrage et les extensions du navigateur.

Salut,

passes ceci :

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message ainsi qu´un nouveau hijack this.

(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

desolé je me suis absenté.

fais ceci :

telecharges ce fichier :

tu le dezip sur ton bureau enfin en extrait le cfscript.txt et recommences la manip :

clcik sur demarrer > executer > tape > combofix /u et valide par ok ( respect l´espace entre le x et la / )

et reprends combofix ici :

apres l´avoir retelechargé a l´aide du lien tu le mets sur ton bureau puis oui tu fais glisser le fichier cfscript dessus

c´est bien ce que je me disait, tu n´as pas resuiise a faire la manip avec combofix ;-(

fais ceci :

telecharge malwarebytes

tu l´instales, le programme va se mettre a jour automatiquement.

une fois a jour le programme va se lancer, clcik sur l´onglet parametre, tu coche la case : Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression.

click sur l´onglet recherche maintenant et coche la case : executer un examun complet.

puis click sur rechercher.

laisses le scanner le pc, a la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir copie et colle le ici stp

malwarebytes ne detecte rien.

peux tu me dire qui a detecté quoi et ou en premier lieu stp ?

  bonjour
  au debut avast m a detecter un virus qu il n a pu enlever
  
  j ai effectuer un scan en ligne avec eset ontine scanner il ma alors trouver win32/rjump.bworm
  a ce moment la je n es pas su s il l avait supprimer et j ai fait un premier rapport hijacktis (voir plus haut )
  mom pc ne semble plus avoir de probleme mais je sais pas si je suis encor infecté!
  j ai aussi installer antivir

Dans le menu du bloc notes, clic sur "Fichier" >> Enregistrer sous.
Choisis le bureau comme lieu d'enregistrement, puis dans:

Type -> choisis "tous les fichiers"
Nom du fichier -> tape G!RLY.bat
clic sur enregistrer.

Sur ton bureau tu auras maintenant un fichier nommé G!RLY.bat.

Connecte les périphériques externes susceptibles d'avoir été infectés au pc:
Clé USB, DD externe... etc

Puis une fois fait, double clic sur le fichier G!RLY.bat.
Une fenêtre noire va s'ouvrir et se refermer rapidement, c'est normal.
Le bloc note va s'ouvrir ensuite avec le listing des fichiers que le script aura détecté.
Copie et colle ici le contenu de ce rapport.

passe encore ceci pour voir :

Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX
Télécharge Rav antivirus: http://ww25.evosla.com/compteur.php?soft=rav_antivirus
• Clique droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau
• Doucle clic sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.
• Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir, il scanne automatiquement tous les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
• Si infection > un rapport s'établira, sinon s'affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
• Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarre ton ordinateur .
Poste le rapport , si infection!

desinstale comme il faut norton :

desinstale aussi avast car tu as antivir

puis

regarde ce tutorial pour mettre ta console java a jour :

  une question a la page d accueil pour desinstaller norton il y a un avertissement me disant que je doit disposer des cd d installlation ou fichier installation
  il se trouve que je n ai rien de tout ca je n ai meme pas le souvenir de l avoir installer

  re ai desinstallee avast mais j ai une alerte securite windows qui me dit antivir est perimé ou obsolete et je n arrive pas a mettre a jour java ! merci

  mets antivir a jour, tu click sur l´icone d´antivir et puis dans la fenetre du programe tu clcik sur start update
  pour java tu as bien regardé le tuto?

  impossible la mise a jour ne prend pas et windows me dit qu il es périmé c es antivir guard c es peut etre pas le bon ,pour java je re regarde @+ et merci

continu de toute facon tu as un antivirus et un par feu enfin apres avoir telechargé et installé l´un des deux que je te conseils

ils te disent ca pour t´inciter a le garder...

tiens aussi un petit bonus pour completer ta protection :

c´est un resident, il suffit de le mettre a jour de temps en temps car la version gratuite ne le fait pas toute seul , une fois installé et mis a jour tu mets toutes les protections sur "enable"
