Probleme de virus que je ne peut supprimé

Bonjour,
salut a tous,voila j ai un virus(adware navipromo.bzm) dans : c document and setting,poste, local setting,tempory internet file,content.ie 59y141 zbf,web mediaplayer ,setup(1)exe . j ai bitdefender antivirus plusv10 et il ne le supprime pas ou ne le deplace pas en quarantaine.je suis obligé pour le bloquer de lancer internet d allez dans outil option internet supprimé les fichier internet temp et la bit defender le bloque enfin.j ai sauvegarder le rapport de mon analyse antivirus de bitdefender mais je ne sai pas comment le posté sur le forum si bien sur quelqun veut bien m aider, je vous remercie pour toute l aide que vous pourriez m apporté a+

    Instal ad-aware 2007

    Lance un scan

    et désinfecte

    Clique sur ce lien :
    http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
    Clique sur navilog1.zip pour télécharger navilog1
    Choisis Enregistrer

    et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

    Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
    Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
    (Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

    Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
    (ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
    Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc note va s'ouvrir.
    Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le bloc note.
    Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

      salut,sorry j etai sorti je ne pensai pas avoir une reponse aussi rapide merci pour ton aide je ne suis pas un expert j ai enregistré le rapport sur mon bureau et quand je click sur copie je n arrive pas a le collé sur cette page l option collé est impossible merci de m expliqué

      slt en regardant bien le rapport de navilog j ai pu voir ou ce trouvai les fameux fichier en question(saloprie) je les ai envoyer a la corbeille sans pour l instant les supprimé pense tu que cela suffit je peut lé supprimé defenitivement et annulé la restauration de mon systeme pour que tout soit clean merci de passé ton temp a m aider

    Double clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider.
    Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.

    Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
    Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
    Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
    (si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
    Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
    Le bloc note va s'ouvrir.
    Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
    Referme le bloc note. Ton bureau va réapparaître

    PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
    Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
    Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau.
    Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Options Internet
    Clique sur l'onglet Contenu puis onglet Certificats et si tu trouves ceci, en particulier dans éditeurs approuvés :

    electronic-group - egroup - Montorgueil - VIP - "Sunny Day Design Ltd"

    > Supprime-les
    poste le rapport obtenu et un rapport hijack this

      j ai supprime les 3 fichier de ma corbeille et fai 1 analise apre avec bitdefender le virus est toujour la je lance quan meme navilog et est ce que je doi supprime la restauration du systeme pour que tou soi clean,merci j apprecie vraimen ton aide je ne sui helas qu un pauvre debutant

    les fichiers supprimés ok mais les clés de Registre infectées?
    c'est pour cela qu'il faut passer Navilog option2
    vide ta corbeille!

    tu ne touches pas à ta restauration système, on la nettoiera quand tout sera propre!
    mieux vaut une restauration système infectée que pas de restauration du tout en cas de problèmes!!!
    lance navilog option 2 et laisse le faire son travail tu me posteras ensuite les rapports demandés, avec un hijack this

    as tu encore des soucis?
    faire un scan antivirus en ligne avec Internet explorer et accepter l'ActiveX
    poster le rapport ici ensuite

    En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur BitDefender SCAN ONLINE
    Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur j’accepte
    La fenêtre change encore, clique sur scanner
    Les signatures se chargent, etc.
