problems with Deezer

Question

Hello,I have a problem with the site "Deezer" that allows you to listen to music legally on the internet.I can access the site and search, but when I click, I can't listen to a song (when I click on it, nothing happens...) I don't know if it's the site or my computer that's acting up.I have never managed to listen to a song with this computer anyway.Thank you for your responses.ByeConfiguration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, I know the site very well. I listen to Deezer in France from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM without any issues. However, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, I have a lot of problems listening to Deezer (and this has been the case since early February 2008). The problem doesn't stem from your computer. Deezer needs to invest in equipment so that everything works without any issues. It should be financially feasible, as many video and music sites have no problems. If Deezer continues like this, it risks having a bad reputation (inaccessible music site, unfortunately).

Hello, it might be a bit late but I couldn't listen to my selections on Deezer either until I switched to a different browser than Internet Explorer, namely Mozilla. No more issues since then.
Hopefully, this works for others.

Hey everyone, I had the same problem and guess what the issue was??? =) The antivirus. I had Norton 2003 and since it's paid, I switched to Avast and that's when it started working. I don't know about you, but at least now it works

I had the same problem but I found a solution for myself... I usually use the Mozilla server where it
doesn't work. So I tried with the Internet Explorer server and there... miracle, it works
but I would like to go back to Mozilla, what should I do?

For my part, Internet Explorer is frustrating me for installing Flash Player and I can't access Deezer, and Firefox no longer works even though it was my "valve."

Otherwise, you need to have Firefox and Internet Explorer and try with both; one of the two will always work. Well, you have to invest a bit of time, I admit, but for people who are quite clueless about computers but still enjoy it like me, it's a good solution!
