Bonjour,

si qqlun peut m'aider,j'ouvre des programmes sur mon ordi et trés souvent plus rien ne répond(je suis obligée de faire "ctrrl+alt+sup"à chaque fois pour les fermer!!

internet tourne trés bien mais mes fichiers sont trés trés long a ouvrir
ma mémoire disque dur est pratiquement pleine es ce que le ralentissement est dû a ça?



dans mon disque dur c:/
j'ai utilisé 130 go,il me reste 23.0 go

dans mon disque d;/

j'ai utilisé 3.78 go,il reste 0.99 go




peut-être qu'un petit virus c'est infiltré?je ne sais pas?

il est tout le temps long

si qqlun veut bien m'aider à voir si il y a un truc qui bloc?
encore pire que tout mon bureau est devenu tout noir impossible de faire quoi que se soit,obligé de tout redemarrer il met au moins 8 minutes a pouvoir être operationnel

maintenant quand je lance cclaener il est trés long

(avant 3 minutes de recherche et maintenant plus de dix minutes et il me trouve pleins de trucs

je pense avoir des "envahisseurs"dans mon p.c

j'hallucine antivir tourne depuis + de 4 heure et là j'arrive ma fille faisait un jeu en ligne

et antivir a disparu je suis deg

je viens de le relancer alors.....

Bonjour samos,

Le rapport d´antivir est asser convainquant ;-)

Fais ceci :

Ccleaner:

-> Télécharge Ccleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo):

http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 168 ccleaner

-> L´installer.

-> Une fois installé et lancé :

Dans la colonne de gauche, click sur :

->"erreurs" :

Coches toutes les cases sous"l´integrité du registre", puis click en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois terminé, clic sur "reparer les erreurs", tu auras un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre, tu click "oui" puis tu recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien.

ps : les sauvegardes que tu auras faites, pourront etre supprimées ulterieurement si tout va bien.

->"nettoyeur"

quitte ton navigateur avant de le lancer, dans les propriétés du nettoyeur de l´onglet "windows" et "applications"décoche la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis click sur "lancer le nettoyage" qunand il aura terminé le scan click en bas a droite sur "lancer le nettoyage" et accepte par oui.

j'ai suivi se que tu m'a dit:

1)cclaener n'a rien trouvé pour le "registre" ---cool---
et pour le nettoyeur j'ai lançé "réparer les erreus" et il ne m'a pas demandé de sauvegarder donc j'ai pas de rapport pour cclaner.

2)pour clean j'ai lancé le programme 1 mais ensuite il m'ouvre un page internet et il me dit d'envoyer le fichier dans c:/upload_moi_NOM-b0A1........... je l'ai fait mais il bloque en me disant SUNBELT KERIO PERSONNAL FIREWALL 4

"CANNOT CENNECT TO SERVICE"

(on dirait qu'il ne veut pas car " FIREWALL" refuse de se fermer

pour l'instant j'ai remis celui de windows pour être protégé.

Et bien, quelle misere voudrais-je dire...

Peux tu envoyer le fichier c:/upload_moi_NOM-b0A1 sur le site de malekal maintenant que tu as remis le par feu de windows...

Si tu juge que kerio est trop compliqué a configurer, prends toi zone alarm il sera toujours plus efficace que celui de windows qui lui pour le coup est une vrai passoire.

Apres avoir uploadé le fichier chez malekal, repasse l´option 1 de clean et post le rapport stp.

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

franchement j'ai l'impression que ça rame moins

au démarrage il est toujours lent
j'ai fait du vide dans msconfig "démarrer"

mais maintenant çaêtre du au musique photos..ect que j'ai ds mon pc

pour l'instant je vais laisser comme ça

une derniére chose;
quelque fois quand j'allume l'ordi il me propose de me faire un jeu de cd(graver tout mon disque et mes données)
j'aimerais le faire mais il ne me propose plus le message

Si c´est le cas ouvre le programme et regarde...

Pour le demarrage on peut supprimer les entrees superflues si tu me poste un nouveau hijack this

puis tu as un nouveau processus qui est apparu ?

Qu´est ce que ceci :

C:\Program Files\ooVoo\ooVoo.exe

puis fais ceci :

1°- « Démarrer » > « Executer » > taper cmd > valide par ok

dans la fenetre noire tape ceci en respectant bien les espaces et guillemets

sc stop "LicCtrl Service" ==> [Enter]
sc config "LicCtrl Service" start= disabled ==> [Enter]

2°- Redémarre MSE (mode sans echec) .Choisis ton compte usuel, et non Administrateur.

3°- « Démarrer » > « Executer » > taper cmd >valide par ok

sc delete "LicCtrl Service" ==> [Enter]

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Je viens de regarder pour record now, c´est pour graver des cd ou autres...

...et pour oovoo c'est un truc que j'ai télecharger ça va dépasser "msn" (lol)

on peut dicuter avec plusieurs personnes en même temps mais surtout se voir tous avec la web ensemble(on peut être au moins 6 à discuter ensemble)
la web est + net,et on peut envoyer des fichiers aussi avec.
