Pb avec un spyware je ne sais pas lequel!!!!!

Bonjour,
et merci à ceux qui m'aideront!!!
j'ai actuellement sur mon pc un spyware, le problème se manifeste quand je vais sur un site internet avec des photos hébergées,
à la place de la photo il met une icone attention vous etes infecté par un spyware avec des pointillés défilants...
j'ai passé avast spybot et l'antivirus fourni avec la livebox, aucun ne m'a trouvé de pb mais je n'arrive pas a afficher ces images!!!
j'ai passé aussi ad adware meme résultat!!!!
pouvez vous m'aider svp

    Salut,

    J'ai eu des problemes de spywares qui ne partaient pas avec spybot ou adaware, mais avec a-squared le resultat était brillant :)

    Tu peux le telecharger via https://www.01net.com/telecharger/

    voila j'ai passé le logiciel préconisé par alexis (a-squared) mais il ne m'a pas trouvé grand chose, voici le rapport:
