Hello,
I lost my installation CD-ROM to connect my handycam DCR-HC23E. I would like to try to download the software that was included on the CD-ROM, but I can't find it. Can you help me? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

      YES, I CHECKED ON SONY'S WEBSITE BUT APPARENTLY THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THIS PICTURE PACKAGE, EVEN THOSE WHO HAD IT IN THE CAMCORDER BOX HAVE HAD PROBLEMS. SONY IS SUPPOSED TO RELEASE A NEW ONE, I DON'T KNOW MORE FOR NOW. THANK YOU ANYWAY, BYE.
