impossible de mettre un fond d ecran

Question

Bonjour,comme beaucoup d'entre vous ici j'ai un problème je n'arrive pas  a mettre que ce soit une image perso ou papier peint windows sur mon moniteur pc,j'ai seulement des couleurs unies j ai tout essayé (par les chemins habituels pour les changer) mais rien a faire,j ai windows vista mon antivirus c est avast. Jespère avoir de l aide votre part merci d avance pour vos aides.P.S: je ne suis pas tres fort en informatique donc ne vous moquez pas lol.

premierement tout dépend de si c'est des virus 'normal' ou des trojan.  Si c'est des virus normal, et que avast ne les détecte pas je te conseil fortement Kaspersky.

bonjour on m a dit qu avast etait un bon anti virus, j ai vu dans d autre forum des personnes qui on eu le meme probleme que moi de faire une analyse avec smitfraudt et de nettoyer avec le mode sans echec mais je n ai pas réussi ou bien ça n a pas marché tout court.j attend vos aides .merci.
