Ci-joint la solution :
If errors still appear in Microsoft Word, the “Normal.dot” template file may have become corrupt. To reset this template, we recommend the following procedure:
1. Close Microsoft Word.
2. Hit the “Ctrl+Alt+Delete” keys to bring up the windows security dialog.
3. Click the “Task Manager” button.
4. On the “Processes” tab look for “WINWORD.EXE”.
· If it is listed, highlight/select it, and click the “End Process” button.
· If not, close the “Task Manager” by clicking on the “X” in the top right corner.
5. Click “Start > Search > All Files and Folders”. (attention à ce que la recherche porte également sur les fichiers et dossiers masqués)
6. In the “All or Part of the filename” field, type normal.dot.
7. Leave the “A word or phrase in the file” field blank.
8. On the pull-down menu, choose “Local Hard Drives”.
9. Click the “Search” button.
10. Wait until the search completes.
11. Select each copy of the file found (if there is more than one).
12. Rename each copy by changing the file extension to “.old” or “.xxx” or remove every copy of the file by selecting it and hitting the “Delete” key.
13. Restart Microsoft Word, this will generate a new normal.dot template file.
Note: Any macros, styles or modifications that have been added to this template will be lost.
