Probleme RunDLL et explorer.exe avec Vista

Bonjour,
Bonjour tout le monde, je fais appel a vos talents e informatique pour me sortir de ma galère. Voila le probleme , j'ai installé un pack pour que vista ressemble a mac osx mais depuis mon PC buggue beaucoup ! En effet j'ai frequemment des messages d'erreurs m'indiquant Que tel fichier n'existe pas, qu'une entree est manquante et qu'il manque un fichier. C'est une fenetre qui s'ouvre avec pour titre : RunDLL.
De plus mon explorer.exe buggue frequemment et tout mes programmes se retrouvent inutilisables et de la meme maniere je ne peux pas acceder a mes dossiers !
J'ai fait un scan avec HiJackThis et je vous copie le rapport ! Merci de votre aider

j'ai desinstallé mais j'ai entendu dire qu'il s'agit d'un virus ! Cependant il n'est pa détécter par avast donc a moinde reinstaller vista y'a til une autre solution ?

Puisque j'ai le même genre de souci, j'ai posté directement une question sur le sujet (puisqu'aparemment il ne faut pas poursuivre une discussion déjà commencé même si on a le même problème ?) et pour avoir une aide personnalisée, puisque je vois que les réponses sont multiples en fonction du log de HiJackThis , en espérant avoir des réponses...
