Carte tv ça marche pas????

J'ai installer ma carte TV sa fait un bon moment, je regarde la television sur mon PC .
apres j'ai installer pas mal d'applications: wanadoo,realplayer,Kaza,lecteur windowsmedia,...
ca fait un moment (5 ou 6 mois) que j'ai pas utilisé mon PC
comme television, et maintenant quand je lance l'application(Wintv2000) le message suivant s'affiche "Failed to create TVwindow. onother application may be using the driver"
mon systeme d'exploitation et win98.
