Hello,
With the tips I managed to activate my administrator account, thanks to you, now I have another problem that has been going on for a little while when I start my PC I get a black box that says "User name not found" does anyone know the solution??

    I have the solution, you need to enter in the command prompt "net user then the PC name" it works, finally one more problem solved
