Opening Eurotool.xla

Hello,

I am using XP Home Edition, and I use Excel VBA 6 2000. I would like to open Eurotool.xla, but a password, which I have never set, is being requested.
What should I do to access it?

      why open eurotool.xla
      it's a macro protected by the editor
      to see it tools => add-in macro
      it's the one that is checked
