Well done, copy-paste geniuses.
Steam games use the SteamOverlay which intercepts screenshots and saves them.
For example, for Anno 2070 in (default)
c:\Users\[user windows]\Documents\ANNO 2070\Accounts\[user steam]\Screenshots
This folder is configurable via Steam settings, as well as the key for taking screenshots, although CTRL+ALTGR+PRTSCREEN works the same way.
