The Sims 2 freezes on DS

Hello,
it's the game that freezes when I go into the pocket options. I'm trying to find the 5 mechanical points and I've restarted everything twice now.
Has this happened to anyone????
Where could it be coming from?

    This bug often appears when saving in RatSim mode... If you encounter this bug, it's too late, restart a game... Since this bug, I no longer save in RatSim mode or in the Rat-Cave (or Cave-Rat) in my new game, and this bug is no longer present!!! There you go, I hope I’ve helped you.

    hi
    my game is also glitching in pocket mode and I have to turn everything off, yet I didn't save in rat sims mode but when I was in the lab after autopsying E.T.
    Honestly, having to start all over again is horrible
    is there really nothing to do?

    I'm having that bug too. It appeared when I saved after changing the time on my DS to be able to steal the plans from Super Alfred's room; I wasn't in ratsim. I set my DS back to the correct time, but it doesn't change anything. Could that be the cause? Is there really no solution??? It's so disappointing to have to start all over again!!

    I also have this bug, I'm really frustrated, the first time it happened to me I was quite far along. It also happened to me during an alien autopsy, so I started over and it happened again but much earlier and at random times. If anyone has a solution, please help us!! Thanks in advance.
