Formulaire

Bonjour,
J'ai crée un site internet. Je voulais créer un formulaire pour recevoir des message des visiteurs du site. J'ai crée le formulaire. J'ai suivi toutes les instructions possibles et imaginables mais je ne parvient pas à recevoir de message sur ma boite e_mail.
