Bonjour,

depuis quelques jours j'ai des alertes régulières du soi disant "centre de sécurité windows" m'informant que mon PC est infecté et que je dois télécharger spyware secure pour le désinfecter. malgré mon antivirus (AVG) et ewido en antispyware j'ai l'impression que le pc est réellement infecté si je prends pour exemple les temps de réponse de plus en plus longs.

pouvez vous me renseigner un peu plus sur ce type de problème et m'orienter dans mes démarches pour venir à bout de ce problème ??

spyware secure est un espion!



Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Bonjour,
j'aimerais ton avis. Tu as conseillé la suppression du "centre de sécurité" à l'aide de "mafioso" et de manip qui m'ont semblé un peu compliquées.
j'ai cru voir que quatre fichiers étaient concernés :

C:\Documents and Settings\ERIC\Local Settings\Application Data\ggnvoglsip.dat
C:\Documents and Settings\ERIC\Local Settings\Application Data\ggnvoglsip.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\ERIC\Local Settings\Application Data\ggnvoglsip_nav.dat
C:\Documents and Settings\ERIC\Local Settings\Application Data\ggnvoglsip_navps.dat

ne peut on pas, tout simplement chercher et détruire ces fichiers ??

De même j'ai vu un Webmédiaplayer qui semblerait lui aussi poser problème
Est il un problème en effet et ne peut on pas tout simplement le supprimer ?

relance navilog option deux et vire ce qui est trouvé

= Lance navilog1
= Cette fois-ci choisi l'option 2
= Navilog va faire le nettoyage.. patient jusqu'à ce qui soit marqué *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
= Un rapport va être génrer sur ton C:\ qui sera en option 2
Note: le bureau disparaît

= colle le contenu du rapport de navilog (qui est en option2)


PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

desinstalle sweetim via ton panneau de configuration.

Colle le rapport :
Clean permettra de faire du nettoyage et supprimer des fichiers que des anti-virus et anti-spywares n'ont pas pu trouver. Le logiciel est régulièrement mis à jour, vous devrez donc le re-téléchargé pour obtenir une version plus récente.

· Téléchargez clean.zip, décompressez-le sur votre bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), vous obtenez alors un dossier clean
· Démarrez Windows en mode sans échec : Guide pour redémarrer en mode sans échec
· Ouvrez le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-cliquez sur clean.cmd, une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laissez la ouverte jusqu'à ce qu'elle se ferme.

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.

= Lance navilog1
= Cette fois-ci choisi l'option 2
= Navilog va faire le nettoyage.. patient jusqu'à ce qui soit marqué *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
= Un rapport va être génrer sur ton C:\ qui sera en option 2
Note: le bureau disparaît

= colle le contenu du rapport de navilog (qui est en option2)


PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Bonjour,

Suite au meme probleme rencontré, j'ai appliqué la meme consigne avec le lien mafioso.
Maintenant qu'il a fini l'analyse il me demande de poster le bloc note qui en ai sorti.
Ou dois-je le faire.
Je ne suis pas sure de bien employer ce service, si c'est le cas je vous prie de m'en excuser.

salut!

mon anti-virus a détecté un virus "packed.Win32.Monder.geb" qui serait dans C:\windows\system32\PMNMNKAQ.DLL. Mon anti-virus n'a pas réussi à le nettoyer! Comment faire?

moi jé eu le meme probleme avec le centre de sécurité, et j'ai installé et exécuter 'Navilog1' et fais l'etape 1...
mais a la fin il ouvre et referme automatiquement le bloc note...
je fais quoi?

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.
déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Tout d'abord merci de m'avoir répondu aussi vite,
mais les liens de ta réponses ne fonctionnent pas,
Alors j'ai refais l'analyse avec Navilog1 mais cette fois je l'ai fais en mode sans échec (je ne sais pas si c'est mauvais ou pas), et j'ai obtenu ce résultat,

Bonjour,
Je suis moi aussi infesté par ce spyware avec le centre de sécurité windows qui s'ouvre. On dirait le vrai. Cela fait une semaine. Spybot n'y peux rien. J'ai essayé de télécharger ad-aware mais je n'y arrive pas car il m'affiche une erreur avec un numéro 14?? je ne sais plus. Pourriez-vous m'aider car je ne comprends pas grand chose à tous vos listing avec navilog. J'avais commencé à le charger mais avec tous vos messages compliqués, j'ai préféré annulé.
Merci de m'aider pas à pas car je ne suis pas experte. Cordialement.

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)
