HELP ! Lenteur enorme + Bug internet

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème avec mon pc et le net...
en fait j'ai un pc bureau (fixe) + un pc portable qui se connecte via un routeur wifi (D-Link).
Le problème est que sur le portable la connexion va relativement bien.. mais parfois ca coupe d'un coup, et impossible de surfer sur le net.. Pourtant ils me mettent que je suis Connecté dans l'icone de connexion réseau sans fil..
Ensuite, un probleme avec mon pc bureau egalement, j'ai parfois (même sans surfer) des pubs qui s'affiche dans une nouvelle fenêtre ! C'est bizarre, je sais pas comment les enlevées. La connexion est beaucoup plus lente que sur le pc portable !!! Alors que normalement ca devrait être l'inverse..... Parfois aussi la connexion est impossible ! Je comprends plus rien !! j'ai fait pleins de test anti-virus (Avast, AntiVir, Norton, Kapersky..) et aucuns virus sur les 2 pc apparament; des nettoyages (Ccleaner, Spybot search&destroy, Ad-aware) et tout est bien nettoyé.. mais ça ne change rien ! J'ai aussi vider les cookies, le fichier prefetch, fait un nettoyage disque windows, un defragmentation et desinstaller les programmes innutiles.. mais rien n'y fait ! Là je suis vraiment à cours d'idée pour retrouver ma connexion rapide !!
J'ai fait un "speedtest" sur speedtest.net, les résultats :
Pc portable: Download 3962kb/s , Upload 245kb/s, Ping 39ms
Pc bureau: Download 3580kb/s, Upload 238kb/s, Ping 17ms
C'est à n'y rien comprendre... j'ai également fait un Ping via cmd.exe (google.be)
Pc portable: Min: 44ms Max: 57ms Moyenne: 51ms
Pc bureau: Min: 39ms Max: 53ms Moyenne: 44ms
Configuration système:
Pc portable: Windows XP Media Center SP2, Acer Aspire, Intel(R) Celeron(R) M CPU 420 @ 1.60 GHz, 0;99GO de RAM
Pc bureau: Windows XP Professionnel SP2, Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.53 GHz; 224Mo de RAM
Si vous avez besoin d'autres infos n'hésitez pas j'ai vraiment besoin de votre aide.

salut pour les pubs:
Télécharge c a http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
choisis Enregistrer et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
(2) Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).
Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
Patiente jusqu'au message " Analyse Termine le ....."
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie/colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Tout d'abord merci pour ta rapidité ben15; j'ai telecharger, installer, mais au moment de l'ouvrir mon antivirus apparait et mais demande quoi faire avec le virus C:/.../Navilog1/is-7UF0J.tmp, là j'entre quoi ? Quarantine, Acess deny ou Ignore ?
