Hello,
I lost a file that I have been downloading for over a week; I accidentally deleted the download folder;
I recovered this folder from mininova, but it won't restart!
Darn, because I was already at 80%,
it keeps responding: missing files error; please check ...
Is it possible to continue? Or do I have to start all over again?
Thank you!

I know the topic is closed but for those experiencing the same issue and looking for a solution, I've found an answer!
Simply cancel the download without deleting what you've already received of the file in the download directory... ===> Go back to the site from which you downloaded it the first time... ===> Restart the download, instead of starting at 0%, it will simply complete what you have already received of the file ;) !!
Bye
If your file is 80% in your recycle bin, restore it. Otherwise, you'll have to start all over again.
For your error message, you just need to either recreate a "download" folder or, in the "preferences/download" section of uTorrent, designate a new download folder.

Blsm781, if you have this behavior, it means that the downloaded file is not correct and contains errors. If you insist and eventually complete the download, it is not impossible that it will say that the file is corrupted or unavailable...
If you can, contact the provider or the person who published this file.
This applies to any other similar behavior, but before that, watch your ratio... if it is too low, your connection will be restricted, naturally.
I had downloaded a 4 GB torrent, but I accidentally deleted a very small 3 KB file, and now I can't seed: missing files.
It "verified" the files I already had and re-downloaded the tiny file!
Thanks again.
