Bonjour,
voila j'ai 'encore chopé un virus que Avast a detecté mais j'ai beau le supprimer il est toujours la. donc j'ai télécharger MSNFix et voila le rapport après son utilisation, pensez vous que c'est réparé merci d'avance pour vos réponse

Ferme toutes les autres fenêtres actives et clique sur "Fix checked"
* Si tu ne peux pas supprimer WinButler via Ajout / Suppression de programmes,
supprime manuellement le répertoire:
"WinButler" dans C:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\Application Data
* Puis poste un nouveau rapport HiJAck ^^ -

* Dézippe-le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet. Par exemple C:\hijackthis
* Exécute-le puis clic sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
* Copie-colle le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse stp. -

= Un rapport dans ==> C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\date du jour à copier/coller sur le forum.

J'ai télécharger 206 kerio et aprés je n'ai pas pu redémarrer windows j'usqu'à aujourd'hui ou j'ai réussi en mode sans échec que dois je faire supprimer kerio? merci de me répondre car je suis très inquiéte.

Si tu as bien suivi ce point:
* Si tu ne peux pas supprimer WinButler via Ajout / Suppression de programmes,
supprime manuellement le répertoire:
"WinButler" dans C:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\Application Data
Y'a pu de WinButler normalement.
Sinon je laisse Marie ou Greenday ou d'ot t'indiquer comment le supprimer définitivement ;o)

Télécharge OTMoveIt

Sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau
Séléctionne l'encadré ci-dessous
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\Application Data\WinButler\WinButler.exe
C:\Program Files\WinButler
Lance maintenant OTMoveIt .
Deux cadres apparaissent , clique droit sur le cadre de gauche , puis colle l'encadré ci desssus.
Et clique sur Movelt !
Si le programme te demande de redemarrer, accepte.
Poste le rapport qui se trouve dans : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\date de création!
NOTE : Si tu obtiens un message comme quoi le rapport ne peut pas être créé, copie/colle ce qui apparaît dans la colonne droite de l’outil.

sur les conseil de Pi_Xi j'ai supprimé ce fichier "WinButler" dans C:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\Application Data
donc comme il n'y est plus si je fait la manip que tu me donnes ça ne donnera rien? excuses moi mais je suis vraiment un ignorante pour toute ces choses là. -
en fait là si j'utilise msnfix ça ne detecte rien, le scan avast ne detecte rien non plus, mais je continue d'envoyer le lien à mes contacts msn.
par contre les deux fichiers suspects qui étaient sur mon premier rapport sont toujours présent et je ne sais pas ce qu'il faut en faire.

Télécharge Combofix.exe sur ton Bureau: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
* Déconnecte-toi du net et désactive ton antivirus pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement
* Double clique sur Combofix.exe
* Mets le en langue française F
* Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan
* Lorsque le scan sera terminé, un rapport apparaîtra
* Poste le rapport sauvegardé: C:\Combofix.txt
