plusieurs trojan dans mon pc.....SOS Résolu/Fermé

Bonjour,


je suis infecté par plusieurs trojans......
mon ant virus est avast mais il ne les supprime pas.....
comment faire svp

Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7 et Regis59) sur le bureau :

Conseil : Toujours télécharger avant utilisation pour profiter des dernières mises à jour.
Remarque: Il est possible que l'antivirus détécte un virus au téléchargement, il s'agit de Process.exe qui est un faux positif.

Décompresse-le (clic droit : Extraire ici).
A la racine du système, déplace le dossier décompressé, comme suit :
C:\MSNFix.
Ouvre-le et double clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat
.
- Exécutez l'option R.
- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.
- Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais-en un copier/coller sur le forum, ainsi qu'un scan HijackThis fait en mode normal.
- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt
Poste-le dans une réponse.
Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations.
Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

Tu vas sur Google et tu tapes les réf de ton virus, tu choisis un site, puis tu télécharges l'antidote.

il reste encore des trucs a corriger !

Télécharge Combofix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau,

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Déconnecte toi du net et désactive ton antivirus pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement
Double clique sur Combofix.exe
pendant que le fix s'execute tu ne dois pas toucher ta souris suis les directive de combofix ( appuyer sur une touche , redemarrer, ...)
Mets le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan
Lorsque le scan sera terminé, un rapport apparaîtra.
reactive ton antivirus !
Poste lerapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\Combofix.txt+

Note : Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Onglet "Processus" > Fichier (menu) > Nouvelle tâche (Exécuter...) > tape explorer et clique sur OK.

Ouvres killbox
- Sélectionne "delete on reboot"
- Clique sur le menu "File" -> "Past from clip board"
- Clique sur All Files
- Clique sur la croix rouge et et blanche
- Répond yes et laisse redémarrer ton pc.
N'hésite pas à consulter l'Aide killbox

NOTE: Si tu reçois le message "PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been removed by external process!" et que l'ordinateur ne redémarre pas, redémarre le manuellement ---> Menu Démarrer / arreter / redémarrer l'ordinateur

Après redémarrage, relance Killbox puis clic sur le menu fichier -> Log -> Actions History Log

combofix as mis en avant plusieurs infections , une note de services viens de tomber ! on dois plus utiliser combo tu epu donc le desinstaler !
on traiter au cas par cas ! ca va etre un poil plus long !

Télécharge Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton Bureau .

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuies sur une touche le bloc note va s'ouvrir.

--> Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.

Referme le bloc note.

Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip et dans le menu déroulant, tu clics sur extrait tout ou extraire ici.
Cela va créer un dossier clean.
Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport Va etre généré, colle le contenu entier ici.

(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

bonjour sdfix devrait terminer le netoyage !

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

bon tu as bien bosse , maintenant il faut aller faire le menage  , ccleaner devrait corriger les erreurs et avg devrait degager quelques trucs un peu indesirables !



1) Télécharger et installer CCleaner.

Décoche pendant l'installation
--- les deux cases "Ajouter l'option ... "
--- Contrôler les mises à jour
--- Ajouter la Barre d'Outils Yahoo! CCleaner sur PC Astuces">CCleaner

Clique sur Options, Avancé et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Ne touche pas aux autres réglages.

2) Télécharger et installer AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5

https://www.avg.com/en-ww/free-antivirus-download

Lancer AVG Anti-Spyware.
Cliquer sur le menu Mise à jour.
Dans le paragraphe Mise à jour manuelle, cliquer sur le bouton Commencer la mise à jour.
Attendre la fin de cette mise à jour puis fermer le programme.
Ne pas lancer d'analyse maintenant

Démarre en mode sans échec maintenant avant de poursuivre

3) Lance CCleaner

Puis dans le menu" Nettoyeur"
Cliquer sur "Analyse" (laisser travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
Cliquer sur le bouton "Lancer le nettoyage".
Fais cela plusieurs fois d affilée puis ferme CCleaner

N'oublie pas de vider ta corbeille. (En principe, CCleaner le fait).

4) Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5

Cliquer sur le menu Analyse (de la barre d'outils).
Cliquer sur l'onglet Paramètres.
Dans Comment réagir? cliquer sur Actions recommandées et choisir Quarantaine.
Dans Comment faire l'analyse ? et dans Programmes potentiellement dangereux, vérifier que toutes les cases soient cochées.
Vérifier que le bouton-radio Générer un rapport après chaque analyse soit aussi coché.
Dans l'onglet Analyse
Cliquer sur Analyse complète du système.
Important : Ne pas ouvrir de fenêtre, ne pas lancer de programme pendant l'exécution de AVG Anti-Spyware, car cela pourrait interférer avec le processus de recherche.
Tres important : A la fin de l'analyse, cocher tout ce qui a été trouvé puis cliquer sur " Appliquer toutes les actions"
Ensuite.
Cliquer sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.
(C:\Programfiles\Grisoft\AVG Antispyware 7.5\Reports )
Puis fermer AVG Anti-Spyware

cependant il a repére les fichiers "msnfix"....come virus je pense...

si tu n'a d'autres problemes je t'invite a mettre le poste en resolus ! une fois que tu auras pu connecter le pc a internet il serais bien que tu effectue un scan en ligne afin de confirmer le travail que tu as fait sur ce pc ! 

mon avis est que avast n'est plus ce qu'il etait il serais bien de le desinstaler et de le remplacer par avira antivir !
mais pas avant d'avoir connecter le pc a internet car apres instalation il faut effectuer la mise a niveau des bases virales pour antivir !
instal aussi un pare feu ca diminuras les risques d'infections !

a noter que tu as beaucoup de programmes qui tournent pour rien sur ton pc , je t'invite a faire le trie et arreter certains au demarrage!

avast a ete  pris pour cible depuis deja un petit moment il serais bien que tu instal avira antivir qui est plus performant que avast et pour l'instant moin connue !

 pour le pare feu regarde ici , zone alarm ce n'est pas le plus performant mais c'est le minimum car pare feu window = 0 :http://forum.telecharger.01net.com/forum/high-tech/PRODUITS/Questions-techniques/zonealarm-tutorial-sujet_169658_1.htm


et voici pour nettoyer ton pc des outils que nousas utilises 

· Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.

· http://a-rothstein.changelog.fr/TC/ToolsCleaner2.exe

· Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
· Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
· Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
· Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
· Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).
