Universal remote control

Hello,
I have a universal remote RM-V300 that does 4 in 1, I managed to program my TV and my VCR with it, but I can't add my decoder, it's a RADIX Epsilon 2AD, I need a code because the automatic search doesn't detect anything (I did it for almost 10 minutes...)
If someone could help me, I would be very grateful.

Hello,
I have a RM-V300 remote control as well. I just want to know how to start the automatic search for the TV. I've lost the manual. Thank you.

Hello,

Your remote control and decoder are probably not compatible.
This is unfortunately common with decoders.
