ordi jamais netoyé

Question

Bonjour,

J'ai un ordinateur qui n'a pas été netoyé depuis 4 ans 

ccleaner met des heures à virer quelques tempory internet et ad-aware a trouvé 7 trucs douteux qu'il a pu supprimer 

je vais essayer de passer AVG 7.5 et tenter un scan en ligne avec bitdefender mais pouvez-vous me regarder ce rapport hijack et me dire si je peux déja supprimer des choses 

bien évidement je n'ai pas le cd d'instalation pour tout refaire

je connais anti vir, il est performant

mais comme j'ai déja AVG en antivirus au lieu de le désintaler et de mettre anti vir je pensais scanner en ligne avec bitdefender par expemple

merci mais ce n'est pas mon ordi alors je ne vais pas changer l'antivirus pour le moment

je viens de regarder le rapport hijack, je ne suis pas un pro  (loin de là) mais je me posait la même question, comme c'est pas ma machine (si on peut encore appeler ça comme ça, j'exagère un peu), je vais tenter bitdefender avant de poser antivir ou avast (c'est pas mal non plus) ?

tu peu faire un scan en ligne si tu veu ! 

mais je te conseil quand meme d'instaler un anti virus resident ainsi qu'un pare feu c'est le minimum pour ne pas chopper les pires saletees qui circule sur internet !! de plus si tu n'as pas confiance en me directive , je ne pourrais t'etre d'aucunes aides !!

( desactive ton antivirus pendant le scan , reactive le a la fin du scan !)

j'ai confiance pas de problème, je suggère juste ...

ccleaner m'a enfin tout nettoyé (en prcinpe)

je passe avg 7.5 puis bitdefender, je reviens avec les rapport et un nouveau hijack et on  voie le problème d'antivirus et spy en résident

merci pour ta réponse

mon problème est de faire le bilan de cet ordi aprés 4 ans sans quasi entretien

il y avait des virus, encore des spy (je pense)

il a fallu presque 6h à ccleaner pour virer les temp, quasi 1/4  du disk dure a été gagné

sur le rapport hijack, j'aimerai savoir si j'ai des choses à éliminer, à améliorer, ... (hors le pare feu)

J'ai chargé BTfix1.017, et lancé la recherche, il me répond qu'aucune infection n'a été détectée, voici le rapport (il est très court, je ne sais pas si c'est normal ou si j'ai loupé qq chose) :

* Démarre l'ordinateur.
* Une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir.
* Appuie sur la touche F8 ou F5, à répétition jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
* En utilisant les touches du curseur, sélectionne le mode sans échec approprié et appuie sur Entrée.
* Choisis ton compte usuel et non Administrateur.

* Ouvre BTFix
* Clique sur "Nettoyer"
* Un rapport va apparaître, copie/colle-le dans ta prochaine réponse

Lance CCleaner puis Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Pour les autres paramètres, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut.
Ferme le programme pour l’instant. 


.Lancer AVG Anti-Spyware.
Clique sur le menu Mise à jour.
Dans le paragraphe Mise à jour manuelle, cliquer sur le bouton Commencer la mise à jour.
Attends la fin de cette mise à jour puis ferme le programme.
Ne pas lancer d'analyse maintenant

2) Redémarre en mode sans échec

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.


Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

3) Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5

--Réglages

Clique sur le menu Analyse (de la barre d'outils).
Clique sur l'onglet Paramètres.
Dans Comment réagir? clique sur Actions recommandées et choisir Quarantaine.
Dans Comment faire l'analyse ? et dans Programmes potentiellement dangereux, vérifier que toutes les cases soient cochées.
Dans Rapports cocher "générer un rapport après chaque analyse"

-- Scan
Dans l'onglet Analyse
Clique sur Analyse complète du système.
Important : Ne pas ouvrir de fenêtre, ne pas lancer de programme pendant l'exécution de AVG Anti-Spyware, car cela pourrait interférer avec le processus de recherche.
Cliquer sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.(C:\Programfiles\AVG Antispyware 7.5\Reports)
Ensuite
Très important : A la fin de l'analyse, clique sur " Appliquer toutes les actions"

Puis ferme AVG Anti-Spyware.

4) Suppression de fichiers inutiles avec CCleaner

Lance CCleaner en double-cliquant sur son raccourci sur le bureau.
Puis dans le menu Nettoyeur
Clique sur Analyse (laisser travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
Clique sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage.
Clique une seconde fois sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage
clique sur registre cherche et repare les erreurs effectue trois fois la manipe pour que se sois efficace !
5) Rapports

Fais redémarrer le PC en mode normal puis poste en réponse :

* Le rapport d AVG antispyware 7.5 situé ici C:\Programfiles\AVG Antispyware 7.5\Reports

Salut,
J'ai effectué les manips que tu m'avais dit, mais le problème c'est qu'il a été impossible d'enregistrer le rapport après le scan d'AVG ("enregistrer le rapport" apparaissait en gris). Il avait trouvé 7 objets infectés, des tracking cookies, qu'il a à priori réparés, mais je n'ai pas de moyen de le vérifier...
Est-ce que j'ai foiré qq chose? Il me semble pourtant avoir suivi tes instructions à la lettre. Est-ce que je dois recommencer?

Je fais remonter la discussion ; carrosier13, je pense que tu n'es pas trop dispo en ce moment, merci en tout cas pour tous tes conseils!

J'ai un nouveau problème : depuis qq jours, j'ai par moment des problèmes sur l'ordi : lorsque je clique sur un dossier, fichier ou autre, la manip n'est pas prise en compte. J'ai du éteindre plusieurs fois l'ordi avec le bouton, car impossible de l'arrêter autrement, ni d'ouvrir quoi que ce soit. J'ai été vérifier ds le panneau de configuration la souris, il n'a rien détecté d'anormal. Par ailleurs, certains programmes qui sont sur le bureau arrivent quand même à être ouvert, et la souris ne disparait jamais de l'écran (je pense donc que ce n'est pas un pb de souris). 

Merci à ceux qui pourront m'aider à régler ce problème!
