Bonjour,j'ai un pc portable fujitsu siemens amilo auquel je veux connecter mon imprimante hp 3920.L'installation se fait à partir d'un cd.MON PC EST CONNECTé SUR LE NET.au cours de l'installation la recherche de mise à jour s'effectue . Apres j'obtiens ce message qui m'interdit de continuer l'installation:
LE SYSTEME DE CET ORDINATEUR N'EST PAS PRIS EN CHARGE.L'INSTALLATION NE PEUT PAS CONTINUER TANT QUE CE PROBLEMEN4EST PAS RESOLU.
SYSTEME ACUEL:600.00
PRISE EN CHARGE:WINDOWS 98,2000,XP.
je constate que mon SE n'est pas prise en chagre par le pilote.
Quelqu'un peut -il m'aider?
