Bonjour,
je viens de m'acheter mon premier ordinateur (vista), et mon essai a norton anti-virus est terminé, or je recois de nombreux messages, venant par exemple de réparateurdesystème.com m'expliquant que mon ordinateur est infecté et qu'il y a plein de traces compromettantes...mais quand j'essaye de les télécharger (ces logiciels réparateurs), symantec me dit que lui ne veut pas! alors premiere question, une bonne fois pour toute, c'est quoi la difference entre symantec et norton? dois-je racheter un pac norton anti-virus, sinon dois-je le desinstaller et opter pour un autre, lequel, quelle est la solution la plus simple et efficace, et pas cher? Enfin quand j'avais norton il semble qu'il n'enlevait donc pas les traces compromettantes, alors est ce que je dois prendre un logiciel en plus et lequel? Voila, mon ordinateur me met low system de plus en plus souvent, aidez-moi. Merci d'avance.

parce qu'en fait norton marche plus sauf pour m'empecher de mettre d'autres logiciels que lui , c'est ça? Les malins...Bon je viens d'essayer de desinstaller, quand je fais clic droit sur l'icone norton en bas, on me propose de l'ouvrir ou de noitifier les modifs mais a aucun moment quitter...et puis si je lis la marche a suivre pour les nortons 2005, je suis les liens mais quand je tombe sur setup, on me propose aucunement de supprimer le programme, alors je clic dessus tombe sur un autre setup, puis reclic avec nouvelles extensions qui s'appelle app puis reclic t nouvelle extension que je ne peux ouvrir sans l'option ouvrir avec...et donc le petit dessin avec une planete je ne l'ai a aucun moment.! D'ou viens le probleme vous croyez? Merci d'avance. Ah oui en plus quand j'appuie sur symsetup jtombe sur un dossier 5AA2PT16.... dans lequel il y a donc setup mais ce dossier, on n'en parle pas sur le lien est ce que c'est normal?

le scan est lancé mais bizarre j'ai eu deux messages d'erruer pendant le chargement mais on m'as mi telechargemnt succes full, or c'est la deuxieme fois que jle met ar la premiere fois j'arrivais pas a clquer sur update, du coup mon icone lastupdate est en rouge, impossible d'appuyer sur start update, c'est pour ca que j'ai recommencé et la deux fois impossible d'enregistrer antivir jmet ok , ca repart et ca finit par succesfull...bizarre, j'attend les resultats

j'étais passer par une autre addresse plus rapide, celle du site de l'antivirus car l'autre buggais, mais c'est celle la qui m'a mis deux fois impossible pourtant ca a été au bout voila le scan, pfffff la vache c long, c'est du charabia^pour moi, bon courage!

alors pour la seconde opé (AVG antispyware) quand je vais sur le tutorial on me dit que la version est en béta version, et qu'il n'est pas conseillé de l'utiliser...que dois-je faire?
deux questions qui me turlupinent, sur antivir, mon lastupdaye est en rouge, jpeu pas appueyr sur lstart update et ca met non performed??? dois je recommencer a reinstaller vu qle scan a marché? et deuxieme question un peu culcul, est-ce que chaque fois que je demarre l'ordi je dois faire clic droit sur l'icone en bas et cocher start antivir? C'est pas automatique la protection?
Ah j'y pensais plus, met quand mon abonnement a expiré à norton une nouvelle icone est apparue en bas a droite un bouclier rouge avec une croix, quand j'y vais (centre de sécurité) je vois pare-feu désactivé, et que je dois vérifier les paramétres de la protectiondes programmes malveillants. Quand je vais dans le dernier, programmes malveillants on me met que windows defender est actif mais qu'antivir est peut-être osoléte et au dessus il y a marqué périmé...alors j'appuie sur mettre à jour mais ca ne fais rien, il ne se passe rien...y a un probleme non?
je sais ca fais beaucoup de question quand je vais dans windows defender, il me dit que antivir est un ligiciel espion, est ce que ce n'est pas ca qui bloque, dois-je le desactiver?
ton antivirus n'est pas activé ta version doit etre une version d'essai qu'il faut mettre a jour sur le site de norton
