DEBUG ON ORION TV SCREEN

Hello, I am a regular user of your forum and have already found many solutions to various problems, and I commend the users who take the time to respond with great clarity. But today I have a problem and haven't found an answer.
-----------
So on a new ORION LCD television, the message "debug" has appeared on the screen only in TNT mode, and I can't seem to get rid of it, nor have I found any explanations in the manual or in a forum. Apparently, I am not the only one!
-----------
Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Hello,

Welcome to the club. And on top of that, it doesn't want to turn on anymore...

My problem is exactly the same. To turn it on, I unplug the power cord and plug it back in immediately, and it works again.
      However, the "DEBUG" stays on!

Hello, it's the same for me, I join you: I have the same message and the TV refuses to turn on! I can only get it to work if I unplug it and then plug it back in.

    Hello,
    Finished displaying "DEBUG"

Please follow the instructions contained below precisely (TV buttons and TLC buttons).
Everything should normally be back to normal.

1 / Turn the volume down to the minimum (Vol -)

2 / Press "Vol - of the TV" and "button 6 of the TLC" simultaneously and hold for about 5 seconds.

3 / Press 0321 on the TLC in succession.

4 / Press the "Up arrow" on the TLC until 0D24 appears on the screen.

5 / Press the "Right arrow" on the TLC. The screen displays 0D24 - 00 (00 blinks).

    6 / Type 01 on the TLC - The screen displays 0D24 - 01 (01 blinks).

      Hello, gitaneharibo

You seem to be well acquainted with ORION TVs.

Here's my problem: on an LCD model no. TV32RN10D, purchased at my local Intermarché.

I can't seem to "enter" the "EPG Timer" menu.
I'm following the instructions in the manual:
      1/ Press the "Guide" button
2/ Select the desired channel using the navigation arrows
      3/ Confirm by pressing "enter"
4/ Press the guide button twice.

And then, the issue arises; the menu doesn't appear as stated, I either open or close the guide menu, as if the double press is not being detected and distinguished from the single press.

      What should I do?

I've checked the notice in English, in case of poor translation, but the instructions are the same...

Last question, the address info@exlalto.be no longer works, is there a support service for the brand?

Thanks in advance for the reply.

        Remarks.

If you select an event that has already started, the selected program will be displayed on the screen and you cannot set the timer for a program that has already started.
To display the saved timer events, press GUIDE twice. The EPG Timer menu will appear (Press the ‘red’ button to set the Timer mode for a specific event. You can also delete or change the frequency (Once / Daily / Weekly) of the saved timer events (but note that you cannot view the scheduled times set from the EPG).

Here it is working. Thank you very much. Do you sometimes have the number "888" that appears at the top??? You just need to change the channel for it to go away!!!

No, I don't have a problem. Since the tweak... the 'DEBUG' hasn't come back, fortunately, and I haven't had any other issues with this TV.

Hello, I'm encountering the same issue as you, but I have a Telefunken TV... how do I perform the operation to remove the "debug player" message?
