Je m'escuse , je n ai pas lu tout ce que tu as écrit.Moi je pense que tu devrais déja arreter ta connexion internet quand tu es sur ton ordinateur.Ensuite tu fais fonctionner avast pour qu il recherche tous les virus qu il y a sur ton ordi.Je ne connais pas du tt avast vu que j ai bitdifender 2008, que je conseil à tout le monde. Ensuite ,normalement , si il fonctionne un peu comme bitdifender, il devrait scanner et te donner lendroit des virus ou trojan...tu ésseilles de les supprimer via avast.Autrement tu ésseilles de le faire manuellement grace au lien que te donne avast.
En fete je crois qu il y a des virus ou trojan, je ne sais plus comment ca s'appelle, qui appelle via internet , virus, pub et tout le ''tralala''.
Autrement ésseille sur des sites d'antivirus de faire un scannage online, comme il est possible sur le site de bitdifender.
Si tu ne t'en sors pas , je te conseille de réinstaller windows. Cà à toujours résolu mes problèmes, normal lol mais surtout que tu pers moin de temps a chercher .Et surtout éssayes de faire des sauvegardes, si tu peux , de tout tes fichiers importants.
Et puis dernière chose ,je te conseille d'acheter un antivirus , comme bitdifender internet security 2008, pour moi, il fonctionne beaucoup mieux que avast.

merci pour ta réponse mais j'ai deja tout essayer et sa ne marche pas et je ne pense pas que la reinstallation de windows reglera mes problèmes bien au contraire, quelqu'un de plus expert peu t'il me conseiller?
je suis sur à 100 pour cent quand réinstallant windows tu n aura plus de problème , mais bon , c est vraie que je ne suis pas un expert.
