Bonjour,
depuis ce soir j ai une page vierge qui apparait apres quelque temps sur l ordinateur .quand je met (vista)le basculement des fenetre je vois mes pages precedentes .parcontre une fois cette page vierge afficher si je tombe dessus je doit arreter l ordi et tout redemarer.en regardant lesproprietes du "document" ca me marque non defini partout sauf adresse url : about blank .j y connais rien en pc aidez moi svp

Essay de reformuler ta question j'ai pas tout compris, si c'est dans IE que t'a ce probleme vas dans "option internet" et change about:blanc par la page web de ton choix exemple : www.google.fr

merci de me repondre g vista edition familiale intel 2core duo cpu e4400 hp a66221.fr.je viens de faire ce que tu m a dit .sinon g teecharger firefox pour pouvoir aller sur le forum caj etais bloquer tout le temps avec cette page vierge ;et la pour voir ton message j ai du redemarer 3 fois l ordi .sinon j ai telechareger aussi spybuster et hijackthis (qui n a pas marcher je croi ).pour ma question en fait qoui que je fasse mmeme si je suis pas sur ie cette page apparait et je ne peu plus rien faire :obliger d eteindre!

Donc ce que je t'ai proposé n'a pas marché, je ne voit pas beaucoup d'autres solutions :
- Soit sans t'en rendre compte un spyware s'est glissé par la dans ce cas c'est pas trop grave il faut le virer
- Soit tu fait une sauvegarde de test fichier et tu reformate mais c'est beaucoup plus facheux.
Ce que je te propose c'est d'aller faire un tour gratuitement ici : https://security.symantec.com/sscv6
tu clique sur commencer, ensuite tu install le plugg-in (c'est symentec ya pas de risque) tu fait les 2 vérification (protection et virus) tout en installant à chaque foit les activ X.
Tu me redit sa après :p sinon la derniere solution c'est de télécharger kaspersky 7.0.125 en version évaluation et de faire une analyse (si tu veut par la suite l'acheter c'est toi qui vois moi perso je l'ai et je ne m'en plaint pas ;) (ATTENTION si tu possède déja un anti-virus il se peut surement que kaspersky le vire fait attention ! )

g fait ce que tu m adis mais quand je clic sur scan security ca marque que c pas compatible par contre g norton comme anti virus et securite alors g refait une analyse complete du systeme.rien n est detecte.g refait plusieur fois ce que tu m avait dis ca a l air d aller mieux .je me sert de firefox pour l instant .g aussi regarder dans le forum ce qui etais proposer sns vraiment trouver de solution pour un novice comme moi .je pense faire intervenir une connaissance sur place je te tien au courant merci beaucoup a bientot
