Windows vista M à J impossibles voir rapport

Bonjour,
lorsque je recherche les mises à jour avec windows update j'ai le message suivant qui apparait "windows n'a pas pu rechercher les nouvelles mises à jour" erreur détectée 80004002 j'ai un lien "obtenir de l'aide" mais pas de solution.
