Hello,
the manual for the ninjapss is quite simple:
1- format the card to fat (definitely not fat 32)
2- download the file here: http://ninjapass.com/AR2/AR12.zip
3- place the tfsystem and loader directly on the card
4- install the games (.nds)
5- when you turn on the ds and reach the game list, go to options and set the speed to X3 (generally all games run at this speed)
6- if a save does not work: when you are on the game press the B button, you will return to the game list but in .SAV - select a game with a working save and press the A button.
the game that wasn't working will create a save based on a game that works;
there you go, I hope this helps you

Hello, I just bought the Ninjapass Evolution with a Kingston 1GB SD card. I installed the files from the official Ninjapass website and put a game in the root directory as instructed. I turn on my DS Lite, the X9 starts up, but I don't see the game and I can't do anything on the interface. Help me.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Same issue, error message "booter dragon version 1.0 November 2006", yet I have correctly placed the necessary files on the micro SD, formatted in FAT16, but still getting the error message
Does anyone know how to fix this???
Does anyone know how to fix this???
Hello,
Does the message "Booter Dragon Version 1.0 November 2006" remain displayed on the upper screen (stuck all the time???)?
If the message "Booter Dragon Version 1.0 November 2006" goes away shortly after being displayed, it's nothing, it just means that the ninjapass has version 1.0 from November 2006.
Regardless of the files placed on the Micro SD, this message will always be displayed when launching the ninjapass.
Otherwise, try formatting your micro SD to FAT and not FAT16, once this is done, click on this link: "http://ninjapass.com/AR2/AR12.zip" to download the correct files for the ninjapass evolution X9. Place the files loader.nds and TFSYSTEME at the root of the micro SD and then add your games.

Hello,
I apologize for the background color of the menus of the Ninjapass Evolution X9; indeed, they are gray.
First of all, please note that the Ninjapass Evolution X9 is not compatible with Micro SD Kingston "Taiwan".
Check if your Micro SD card is not a Kingston.
Also, where did you order or on which site did you order your Ninjapass card? That is important too.
Following your response, I may be able to help you with what I know.

I have a thing that's glitching and I don't know where it's coming from. Now when I try to start a game, it says,
"Save file can not be created try manual[B] to select game[B] back"
but how do I create it?

Hi Bregman
I downloaded some games a few months ago and everything worked fine, then I downloaded others last week and they don’t work: message: “Save file can not be created try manual[B] to select game[B] back”
What should I do and why do some downloads work and others don’t (I’m thinking about the .sav files)?
Thank you in advance for your reply

Hello to you,
Indeed, I am back,
For your problem, it has never happened to me until now, but I can advise you to reformat in FAT and not in FAT16 or FAT32 and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact me again and I will search the web for your issue to help you as much as possible.
Best regards, Bregman.

Hello
For those who see the message: "Save file can not be created try manual[B] to select game[B] back" when launching a game. There’s a little trick, but it only works with certain games. Still, it’s better than nothing!
In fact, I think that the DS can’t find the save file of the game in question, .sav file, to work.
So for my part, I downloaded a DS emulator on my PC (desmume). By going to File Open, I look for the ROMs that the DS displays this message for, then by closing the emulator, a file is normally created in the .sav format; in the folder of the ROM in question, it’s enough to copy and paste this file into the removable disk, which is the micro SD card. By restarting the DS, sometimes certain games start working. I hope I was clear enough because it’s true, it’s a bit complicated this matter...

Hello, I bought a Ninjapass X9 both for its ROM booting capabilities and for reading MP3s, AVIs, etc. However, they do not appear in the "Music" folder that I placed next to "TFSYSTEM".
My question is: how can I play audio and/or video files with my Ninjapass?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
To read video and audio files, you need to download moonshell. To do this, go to the following site by clicking on it:

If this does not work, please contact me again.
Best regards, Bregman.

Hello,
I recommend you download your games from this website which is unfortunately in Spanish; you need to register, it's free: http://www.espalnds.com. All my games come from this site and they all work, try downloading some from there and then contact me to let me know if the games you downloaded from the site work.
Best regards, Bregman.

Good evening Bergman,
I arrived on this forum by typing the search: "Save file can not be created try manual[B] to select game[B] back"
because that’s what the console tells me on 4 of my recent games downloaded from http://www.espalnds.com.
So I'm coming to you after several evenings of searching online, to see if you have found any information about this very unpleasant message.
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely.

Hello,
Unfortunately, all I know about this message is simply that the ninja pass is unable to create a backup file (.sav), so try copying the game to another location to change its format and save it as .sav. If that still doesn't work, try reformatting your micro SD by following the instructions above.
Contact me again if it still doesn't work.
Best regards, Bregman.

Voilà, moi j'ai mis les jeux DS, quand je clique dessus, il me met après "choix de la sauvegarde" et là je suis bloqué, je sais pas jouer. Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ?
Read Aldu's tutorial thinking about putting your games on your computer so you don't lose them, and everything should be fine. This is the procedure for everything to work, and on the site, also download the M71 file, that's the one for Moonshell.
Hello everyone,
I've had my ninjapass for quite a while, and I had a lot of trouble getting it to work. After fiddling around with it for a bit, it finally worked on both the 1GB and the 2GB versions. However, at some point, I did a swap and put it in my phone, and now that I want to put it back in my DS, I can't get it to work (neither of them). I've tried all the manipulations over and over again, but it doesn't work! I just get two black screens with "Booter Dragon ..." at the top. I don't know what to do anymore - -' If anyone can help me...
And for your information, I'm on Mac, so there's no point telling me to format it to FAT because that's impossible; I can only do FAT32 (which works)...

I have the same problem. Did you find the solution?
But this only works for ninjapass cards.
If you need more information contact me I will be happy to help because someone helped me it's only normal that I help others in return.

I have a ninjapass X9.
Last night, I updated the system with the update available on the ninjapass website. Everything was working fine.
This morning, my son started it up, chose the wrong option (he wanted the games directory) and realizing his mistake, he turned off the DS. I don’t know where he went!
Since then, the screen has been stuck on "booter dragon."
Nothing has worked, reformatting + reinstalling several times...
What should I do then?
HELP PLEASE!
Thank you very much.
