I tried the software.
It’s really nice.
However, during our internal competitions, we have mixed/unmixed contests.
How do we manage these contests knowing that:
- teams are removed at the end of each match
- a minimum of two matches
- if two matches are lost => elimination
- if one match is won => one additional match
- if two matches are won => 2 more matches to play
- if two matches are won out of the first 3 => a fourth match to play
Field draws, of course.
So each contest has a minimum of 2 matches and a maximum of 4 matches.
Yes, I know, it sounds complicated, but looking at it more closely, it’s quite simple.
So, I’m looking for a way to computerize the draws.
The federation's software does not allow it.

Thank you for your response, but does the software you sell for the pétanque tournament in 4 rounds take into account the number of matches won by the teams? I ask this because for the draw, I base it on the number of matches won. For example, I do a draw with the teams that have won one match, then another draw with the teams that have won two matches, and so on. If you can help me and respond, thank you.

The software I am developing (which is already 60% advanced) takes into account the real-time display of the opposing team when possible. I plan to include the possibility of accounting for points (optional). For the final ranking, there will be 3 options
1 _ either the number of games won and lost only.
2 _ or the number of games won and the goal difference from the 4 games
3 _ or the number of games won out of 4 and the goal difference from 3 out of 4 games
the determination of the choice of the aforementioned 3 games being obtained by random draw (software)

This last provision can prevent "arrangements". This procedure was suggested to me by a contact who practices this way.
