Hello,
I have an issue with the latest update of COD 4, version 1.4. When I try to connect to a server, I get the following message:
call of duty 4 Error code_post_gfx_mp.ff is different from the server
Does anyone have a solution, please???

Well, I'm going to give you a VERY clear solution!
Insert your CD into the drive ... exit the page that pops up automatically.
Then: Start > Computer > right-click on the Call Of Duty CD and click "Explore."
Then look for the file indicated in your message [ code_post_gfx_mp.ff ].
It is located here: X:\Setup\Data\zone\french [ X being the letter of your drive ]
Copy it.
Go to [default]: C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\zone\french and paste it into the folder and click "replace."
And there you go, that's all good =)

I have a similar problem on the PS3 with Call of Duty World at War!! I do the first update and after a while it gives me "an error has occurred"!
