Well, it turns out! By continuously searching for solutions to the problem, I just found a solution!!

By going to the "properties" menu of my software launch program, once installed, I activated: "Run this program as an administrator" in the "compatibility" tab, and the problem is now solved!

    This story seems so silly...

    Hello,
launch a Google search for "wd100vm.dll", download this DLL... copy it to c:\windows\system32\ and everything will be fine.

I followed your approach by downloading the dll using this link:

      http://pagesperso-orange.fr/daussy/windev/download/test_classes_planning_wd10_100c_id1.zip

But then, after copying it to the system32 directory, nothing happens...

I tried reinstalling the program, but that doesn't change anything!

I had the same problem when installing the Carpe Manager software and trying to start it afterwards.

Is the problem coming from Vista?

I found the dll at: http://winsosfree.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=36&wj=48788

Thank you very much john4n for the info about this nonsense of an administrator because I was downloading Windev (735 MB) for nothing.
To think that I didn't even find any valuable information like yours on the Cocoon site (quick media converter).
    Thx again.
