Bonjour, j'ai un trojan sur mn ordi reconnu par avg 7.5 il est nommé trojan horse downloader.generic6.wgf et infecté sur le fichier C:/windows/system32/cnetcf.dll moved object infected et back up copy infected quelqu'un sait-il comment le supprimer? j'utilise une connexion wifi

Téléchargez ceci (de gchris) : http://komun.chez-alice.fr/Repertoire/Utilitaires.Desinfection.html
Dézippez-le sur votre bureau (clic droit -> extraire tout).
Vérifiez que vous êtes bien connecté à internet.
Dans le dossier créé, double-cliquez sur le fichier "Ad-Fix.bat" ou "Ad-fix"
Choisissez l'option 1.
Si vous avez un message de votre pare-feu qui vous demande si vous voulez autoriser le fichier URL2FILE.EXE à
se connecter à Internet, Autorisez, c'est nécessaire à ad-fix pour vérifier la version.
Quand c'est finit (cela peut prendre plusieurs minutes), un rapport s'ouvre avec le bloc-notes.
Merci de faire un copier/coller ici du contenu du rapport (Ad-Fix.txt)

salut sitael,

telecharge ce fichier sur ton bureau

http://serveur1.archive-host.com/membres/up/1366464061/sitael.rar

dezip le sur ton bureau et

quitte internet et double clique sur sitael.reg => tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message "voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"
Si c'est bien le cas, clique sur "oui"

¤Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter.
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

recherche et supprime ce fichier :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cnetcf.dll

si tu ne le trouve pas fais ceci pour le voir :

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :

Pour cela :

Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage

Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu

Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

Et appliquer !

Lancez de nouveau Ad-fix
Choisissez l'option 2
Le bureau ou les icônes vont disparaître, c'est normal.
Quand c'est terminé, pressez la touche "entrée" pour redémarrer l'ordinateur.

Copiez collez ici, le contenu du nouveau rapport.

et remets aussi un nouveau hijack this stp

ce que avg te trouve c´est un fichier de la quarantaine de combofix.

le fichier "cnetfg.dl " n'est -il pas indispensable, puisque l'on retrouve celui-ci sur tous les O.S?

en observation : plus aucun message de AVG trojan downloader, et plus de page internet ouverte sans demande ou sans rien
ceci depuis hier et tout ce matin

moi j´ai xp home aussi et je n´ai pas cette dll...

peux tu la faire analyser ici : C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/CNETCF.DLL

il n'y a que la cnetcfg.dll dans la version xp home, je confirme avec une 2nde version!
merci, autant pour moi!
quand je souhaite la supprimeer on m'affirme qu'elle est utilisée par un programme...

peux tu remplacer avg par antivir?

de toute maniere je te l´aurais proposé a la fin, mais la comme tu voie, il detecte le fichier, c´est le seul d´ailleur ;-)

Telecharge et instal l'antivirus Antivir Personal Edition Classic :

->https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/

en suite tu fais un scan complet avec en mode sans echec et tu post le resultat ici

une fois antivir ouvert click sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite puis dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > scan all files et en dessous >scanner priority = High
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

je désinstalle avg, puis install antivir!
je redémarre en mode sans echec en ayant configuré antivir, et je poste le résultat...
